First of all I would definitely definitely not sign up with this dating service. They set me up with a Matchmaker named April from Chicago Illinois. At first she seemed like she cared about her clients and was doing a pretty good job. Then after the 4th match she just didn't seem like she cared and she was throwing anyone and everyone your way. She was more concerned about her Wildlife Style displaying herself on Facebook with her wild pictures going to exotic places, showing herself in a string bikini a g-string bikini, showing her tattoos off, showing everyone that she doesn't wear bras. It was very insulting to me and the service she gave you what's pathetic. She used to work for Luma there's a reason why she doesn't work there anymore and talkify was so desperate for matchmakers they hired her. Fortunately I got part of my money back. Talkify thought that the service she was giving me was acceptable wish she was not taking your phone calls not allowing her calendar to be displayed so you could make a phone call to her. Do not sign up with this firm
My experience so far has been 1.45 hours of questionnaire. This question should be asked after some dating experience since that's the whole idea.
While it's been a few months since I used the service, the more time passes and each additional solicitation I receive I feel more like I was simply scammed out of my money. My NUMBER one reason for using the service was because I wanted to date people who was more intentional and get AWAY from the free dating apps. However, I made a pricey purchase only to be matched with guys who hadn't paid a penny, they'd been in the database for a couple years with the open opportunity to date as many people as they matched with. However, is paying people are paying per match! The matchmaker was a doll and I don't blame her, however there wasn't any check up and reviews on the process afterwards to see how I was feeling. Nothing to check in to see if I was satisfied, to get my opinion about the process once my package completed. I just continue to receive emails and surveys asking questions about the payment process and was it easy?! Or emails for me to recommend my friends. Sorry, but not sorry, I was missed handled I'm certainly not recommending anyone. I even emailed and provided negative reviews on the forms trying to communicate internally, but NO ONE has reached out.

I am a paying client. Lori, my matchmaker took significant time to get to know me. I am a Christian and an organic farmer. Based on my previous on-line experience there are few women in my demographic (55-65) interested in my sort of rural life. I read a UK study that concluded that those who met online (older than 50 yr demographic) are six times more likely to divorce in the first three years of marriage compared to those who met through family, third parties or friends. Full stop! I let that sink in.
There is a great benefit having a third party trained matchmaker sort and match you with a person you might not consider if you were on-line. (my matchmaker was a trained therapist with a lot of good intuition and wisdom).
Fast forward to signing up with Tawkify. My advice is to be really honest and know yourself and spend time doing inner work understanding your past, your mistakes and the path your life has taken and to own your stuff good and bad. Once I had done this deeper excavation I was able to get real clear on my top 10 non-negotiables and then narrow them down to three non-negotiables which I shared with Lori.
The first two dates were OK...and really helped Lori zero in on a better match for me. The third date misrepresented herself and Tawkify promptly gave me a 4th date. It took 4-6 weeks to set up but the 4th date was also a paying member and she was of the highest qu no additional chargeality... we hit it off right away. Our matchmakers were flexible in our desire to meet outdoors as well. That first date (#4 with Tawkify) was early August 2021. Both of us have farmed. Both are committed Christians. Both love, love the outdoors, hiking, camping, and all that entails. We have dozens and dozens of things in common and are asking each other "how can I help you grow?" We just announced our engagement and will be married this July.
It is not quick, but can be worth the work, and the wait. In my experience Tawkify's matchmakers do not have some magic wand but it can be helpful as they may see potential people that I might not have considered if I was reviewing on-line profiles.
If you are willing to get real honest and do some inner work I think Tawkify can be helpful if you are looking for a life partner.
Tawkify was a great investment as I met my Fiancee (she was my 1st match) thru the service and will be getting married this Spring.

I signed up for 6 dates with Tawkify. The first was meh but it was the first so sure, second was nice but they werent interested in me. THIRD was so far from what i was looking for i was insulted, and worst of all with that one i was pressured into the date by my make maker Heather despite me saying i didnt want a long distance from my match. But she INSISTED this was a great match and it was beyond awful. So i complained and they gave me a new matchmaker which put me back a square one. The 4th date was amazing i got an incredible review from the date (which i got from all the dates mind you) but again they weren't interested in me. 5th date was meh. AND THE FINAL DATE which after all my notes to my match maker and me telling them to take their time please find what im looking for, they toss another mid experience with a nice girl who "got friend energy" from me. So 6 dates and a large some of money later i never even got a text back despite good dates and glowing reviews for me. Im not only disappointed but never felt like i was actually heard or that they cared about my experience. DO NOT DO TAWKIFY.

Answer: The app so much better because you can look at photographs and get a sense of the person and you know yourself much better than these matchmaker so only meet you for an hour and then only give you a 10 or 15 minute follow up. I actually feel bad for these matchmakers, because I think they are forced by this model to deal with a lot of very disappointed people.
