They are scam. When I raised some concerns and didn't show any interest in their VIP package They blocked my account. They have ingnore my calls and emails. I have paid for 3 months subscription but now unable to access my account. Really disappointing 😞

Shaadi.com representative called and proposed VIP services offer for 34,000 rupees for 4 months subscription. As promised that they will send 2 proposal per week as per our requirements.
The proposal that were sent were for only other vip subscribers and they do not match your requirements as specified.
They even sent me other Nationalities that are not even close to our requirements. It is fooling and scamming subscribers and minting money for the situation of the desperate parents who are looking for proposal for their children. Shame on Shaadi.com

I met my wife on J4Dream.com more than 2 years ago. Before that I had to deal with Shaadi. So I cancelled my Shaadi membership 2 years ago but they are still trying to bill me for subscription.
So my review echoes all the negative genuine reviews below. Shaadi is full of fakes and bots which lure you into buying the paid subscription. It takes a lot of efforts to cancel it. Sounds ridiculous, isn't it? Anyway, there is nothing to do there unless you want to be entertained by bots and pay for this.

My id is SH******* I paid thrice in shadi dot com, I suggest not to go for it coz 99% profiles are fake, hidden or deleted, when I ask for refund they are saying you contacted few profiles but my question is none of them are available coz few of them or hidden deleted or fake

In this way you loose all contacted members doesn't matter you get numbers or genuine profiles

I've registered free with them as a genuine and valid profile for seeking suitable life partner. All profiles who are sending me interest are fake/trashed who are sending auto-interest through system and sending system-typed messages. 3-4 months passed by this kidding. Now, one day, one of their agent/employee called me and brain-washed me to buy diamond membership (her number: *******814). I've got something like hypnotized by her talking trick and paid buck 2265 Rs blindly trusted for getting genuine interests in future. Believe me from the day of payment to uptil now, Ive did not got the single interest recieved and my 2265 Rs got vanished. I was dumb enough to waste my hard-earned money but now after getting betrayed, I've got wisdom. Its a humble request guys to please not pay your valuable money to such betrayers. Instead of them, please donate your money to some charitable trust so may be your money will help some needy peoples.

Shaadi.com sells Matrimony for the Elite with a subscription of $700. It's not worth it. Don't waste your money. We didn't get at least one suitable match in 4 months.

I do not know for sure how much to blame the website. Yes they need to take serious action against frauds. One thing good is they ask for verification because you could be in one country and claim to be in another so you should provide documents. But it is the members who are either vulgar and indecent intention to trick or con people. The worst example is recent man from UK saying he has a business. He said he is in IT. He is a Baker. But it is ok if you are not looking for a rich man but this man is WITH A CRIMINAL RECORD OF MONEY LAUNDERING AND RAPE CONVICTION AND STILL UNDER PROBATION. HE TRIES TO FIND OUT PERSONAL INFORMATION. And trick women by saying he is in love with them and wants to marry but they have to wait. Then he tries to find all Information about you. First Shaadi.com deleted his profile then again he came back on the site. So the business needs some serious shakeup. For all you people out there, this is the picture of the man, smooth talker DO NOT BECOME A VICTIM. The recommendations you get are in no way relevant to your 'partner preference' requirements.
They send you random profiles that flood your inbox.
Moreover, they keep sending me VIPSHAADI which I find annoying.
One of their sales guys called me, pestered me into buying the service for £500!
There's NO way I'd be once again conned by the con artists.

My recommendation is to avoid Shaadi and to search elsewhere. Most of the women there are either absolutely fake profiles with stolen identities and photos or married women who are most likely paid by Shaadi. It is the least secure way to meet single. You can't meet any decent honest women there. The amount of junk you have to wade through searching for a genuine woman on Shaadi is incredible. It can take the whole life.

Shaadi.com is evolving into a platform with more fake profiles than genuine ones. I've seen three bogus male profiles in the past three months, and I've reported them on Shaadi, but nothing has happened.
Ladies and families, please take caution. Although there may be a small number of genuine males on this site, giving personal information and photos should be done with extreme caution.
A prosperous, courteous, and devout man by the name of Dr. Ajmal Khan - Obstrican from France who lives in Canada is shown below.
He and I communicated for more than a month, and he was going to meet me, but barely an hour before the meeting, he calls and asks for a cash transfer because he needs to pay customs since he is carrying so much cash.He spoke to every member of my family, but he never allowed me talk to his. He claimed to have a daughter, and he gave documentation that appeared to be authentic, but I now know that everything was a lie. He claims he is committed to you and doesn't want anybody else to view or contact him, therefore, he has hidden his profile. He is undoubtedly a skilled scam artist.
Shaadi.com needs to validate profiles, complete some verification, and delete any profiles that share the same contact information (phone number, email, and names).

After filing complaint at customer service regarding service and fraud, no one contact you. And if someone reaxh out to you, it will be by them convenience even other person is in diff time zone. At night 12/1/2 o'clock, anytime. And team is very smart to excuse and manipulative. Once you enroll and pay for it, they don't care and start giving excuse even without follow your instructions. They do whatever they want to do, they not following your requirements and not answering your questions about the prospect profile. NOT RECOMMENDED HARDLY INSIST.

Staff mentioned about hidden profiles and assured that you will only accept our sign up when you had sufficient stock of profiles to match our requirements. Unfortunately, it turns out to false marketing full of bull $#*!.

When asked to refund they are still investigating for over a month, as if it is a murder mystery.

When challenged for a refund they have stopped all communication, they are liars, money hungry. Beware.

I signed up for shaadi.com. October through January 31 2022. There are so many guys there with fake profiles. Ladies be aware any guy that says he is going overseas for job contract. Do not talk to them. Because once they are there they will ask for money like 25.000 dollars. Because something went wrong there. Either with their equipment or they need to buy a machine.
These guys are preying on us women. Let's be vigilant ladies.

I suggest do not purchase any special services from them. They will take your money and will not provide you any services nor return your money. I have very bad experience with this company. I purchased shaadi select service on May 28th but to date no services. I have been lodging complaints almost every third day on their customer care help line. But despite regular follow-ups no action till date. They have refused to return my money and also not providing the services. Very pathetic services and support. I totally frustrated and exhausted now.
