Please please don't register your profile in this website,,,, shaadi, com is a fake website,,,, it simply takes off your money,,,, all the profiles are fake
I have used this site and became paid member three times. The major weakness that I found is that they have fake profiles to lure customers. There are other websites as well that I recommend people to explore. I do want to share one site that a close friend has launched. It is Live Rishta that is new and does not have fake profiles. Here is the link to it: www.LiveRishta.com
I have spend thousands of dollars from number of years, still not find one. They have IT technicians on the website sending you old and fake profiles 99.5% is fake ones. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I have given 1 star. That also not worth it.
DO NOT EVER go on this site. All are scamsters. I met two big ones, ended up asking for money within one & two weeks. They have elaborate stories, traveling abroad, got into accident, in a coma, and the only number the damn doc could call was mine asking for money to be sent to Cambodia.
I have taken a paid membership(SH*******) for a period for my son which was expired two weeks ago.
As a member i was entitled to access certain no of phones, unlimited chat and email and all these services i have availed to a certain extent, to my utter disbelief all the facilities which i have availed after duly payment of all charges put on hidden mode from me means i cant view it now though i have already paid.
Doesn't it shows that they are just bunch of thugs whose only motive is to extract money from the innocent gullible customer, who never thought that they have pay every time to access same set of information.
Stringent punitive action has required to be against these people so that they will think twice in future before doing it again.

shaadi.com is a fraud site. They ask for my passport scan. I send them a scan but took out the passport number. They insisted that they need my passport number, When i ask why they need my passport number they could not answer it. BEWARE, Total scam site. Do not give them your personal information they will steal your ID and sell it.
Its a fake site. Lost thousands. Some profiles may be genuine but like looking for a needle in a haystack.
I believe the con artists are shaadi staff who are totally ruthless at ripping you off & posing in fake ids
There was a television newscast o INDIATv

Its suprising that this site is still running & cyber crime cell are doing nothing about it
Full of scam artists who make false profiles, gain your confidence and then attempt to con you for money. I reported one such person to shaadi who did nothing. They didn't suspend his account and sent me a form reply each time I complained stating they'd handled the matter.
Handled what? The person's acct is still active. I sent in evidence, a copy of my conversation w/ this person and a link to a site where another female told of how he'd scammed her out of several hundred dollars... which featured several pictures of himself he'd sent to her. Fortunately I was too smart for him to scam me.
Because of the way Shaadi.com is handling this matter it leads me to believe that they A.) won't revoke his acct because he's a premium member or B.) are making sham profiles themselves in an effort to cheat people out of even more money. Either way what it all boils down to is their profits are much more important to them than running an ethical company which offers a safe environment for singles to meet prospective spouses.
Answer: Please don't bother with Shaadi. It's not worth the efforts and the money. My son met his wife through http://J4Love.net I'm pretty sure it's not the only honest dating site, there are bunch of other platforms and you may want to experiment. But just avoid Shaadi! It's definitely a dishonest company. They want to keep the cash flowing and they use very nefarious methods for milking the unsuspecting users for money!
Answer: Disconnect sounds suspicious make sure they talk could be married living with wife
