After I signed up for the regular service on Shaadi.com I was inundated with emails for the VIP Shaadi service. I was not getting a good response from the members on the regular Shaadi.com. I called the number on the VIP Shaadi email. I was told I would be matched with profiles that met my specific requirements. I was told that I would be matched with profiles that were not on the website. I was told I would be assigned a Shaadi.com representative that would answer my questions and make contact with profiles in which I was interested. I trusted the Shaadi.com representative. Big mistake. I registered for VIP Shaadi.com. The Shaadi.com called for the first few days. He responded quickly when I sent the profiles. He sent me profiles but the profiles did not meet my requirements. He said he would get in touch with profiles I sent but he never did. In the second week I emailed the representative but never got a response. I sent email for three consecutive days without a response. On the fourth day I got a response from the representative claiming he could not respond to my email because of network issues. I got in touch with his manager, his manager made excuses the lack of responses from the representative and then asked how Shaadi could serve me better. I told the manager Shaadi should keep the promises that were made to me before I signed up for the service. I told the manager to cancel the service. I called my credit card company to cancel VIP Shaadi but Shaadi.com is claiming they fulfilled the terms of the agreement with me. Save your self a lot of grief by avoiding VIP Shaadi altogether.

So while I haven't had a bad experience with shaadi.com, I haven't had a good one either. I absolutely refuse to pay for the upgrade bc I don't trust them. But many of the profiles I have seen are so fake. Pics of a 40 or 50 something year old man claiming to be 25 or 29 etc, profiles claiming to be a doctor but they're 22 years old. Or claiming to work as a doctor in Canada but they only moved here 2 years ago. My tip to not get scammed is if the profile doesn't look right or the story doesn't add up it's a fake. Also beware of those who are on work permits etc. I read 1 woman married a man from Pakistan who claimed to love her and he moved to the UK with her. She was married for almost 20 years and had 9 kids with him, then his passport came through and the next week he told her he wanted a divorce. If you are going to meet someone, do it in public and ask as many questions as possible, most people dont manage to tick off every box so if they seem perfect they're probably out to scam you. Of you decide to get married to one and they aren't citizens or pr then draw up a legal agreement to protect yourself

I received a call from your customer care executive Vinoth( *******382) regarding payment for membership. I have told him that profiles are very less in my sub-caste profiles. But he told me that once I make payments, I will be able to see more profiles and also there are some tricks to get profiles and he will help me in searching profiles. After making payments, I tried reaching Vinoth but there is no response from him. Vinoth's number is busy. I already got his manager Sabeel's mobile number*******596) from Vinoth. Before making payments, even Sabeel told me that he will help in searching profiles. After making payments, both are not responding to my calls. The next day also they are not ready to take my calls. Before making payments, they gave their phone number to contact them at any time. But never had they tried to attend my calls. Then the next day he called me from his personal number, he told me to make changes in the partner preference and that is the trick. And he informed me that there is nothing to guide me for searching profiles. I have already made changes in my partner preference and when my membership gets over they will modify our partner preferences and they will change everything to Any status in all the columns. And then they themselves will give false advice. I am trying to reach a centralized Customer service number but no one answering my call. Not ready to refund my money also. Just for the sake of money, they will do anything. They are been trained in such a way to cheat customers. Full of cheaters and it is a big scam.

My id is SH******* I paid thrice in shadi dot com, I suggest not to go for it coz 99% profiles are fake, hidden or deleted, when I ask for refund they are saying you contacted few profiles but my question is none of them are available coz few of them or hidden deleted or fake
I suggest not to go for shaadi dot com and I think even shaadi dot com guys also involved in all these scam
In this way you loose all contacted members doesn't matter you get numbers or genuine profiles

Not getting enough matches and we got call from shadhi.com to pay extra money for more good matches when we already purchased and pack then why should we pay extra money

This site states Free membership! Its NOT! I joined, nervously uploaded all this confidential stuff about me, straightaway the site asked me for more pictures and kept deleting the ones that I uploaded.
Then after 10 minutes of search the site demanded min £75 to connect with members. 10 minutes later the site shut me out saying they need to verify me? Then asked for more photos. I have already submitted my mob number, about six photos, email address which are very confidential to me. Next morning the site deleted my account. When I contacted them via this online email chat! They kept asking for my passport information?!?! I found this to be very unsettling. The customer service response was very robotic ( Ashish and Sufiyan in India) they kept damanding passport copies. Please please DO NOT use this site! I just read the other people reviews. Its such a disgrace that these people are here to misuse peoples private data in only god knows in which unlawful ways? Its my first time joining this so called Muslim Asian trustworthy dating sites?!?! What a shame on these inhumane organisations!

It ia fraud site, with shady female profiles, plus casteism parents, All boys beware of the female in this site they may be married, or divorced, they will cheat you, till the end,,,, Beware do not go for the Females in this site,, These females stay alone in foreign countries, hence do not know what they are up to, we cannot trust them, They do not stay with their parents,, So alll boys beware, they will fool you for your money please avoid females from this site and jeevan sathi,,,,,

I registered and I have purchased for VIP subscriptions with Shaadi.com.

I am getting lots of fake acceptances. You will get message that someone accepted your profile. When you find the number and call that contact, they will say, they did not accept and something was wrong with Shaadi.com site. This happends almost 99.9% acceptance. You will run out of contacts and you need to purchase another subscription again if you want to find contact number.

I spoke to few of those contacts and they said that they also experienced the same as they used to get fake acceptances.

Many fake profiles that you can find easily by looking at the profile information. You will see Gile's age 18 and their educational qualification is ME / MTech.

Even though you are paid member, you can not find contact detail of a bride that you like as many girls / brides have locked their contact detail like mobile number, email adddress.

Your account will be suspended or hidden.

I got a prompt to submit proof of documents again when I did not get any prompt to update valid documents before I purchase subscription.

I have submitted the documents and I am awaiting and am not sure, if I can access my profile again.

I am extremely dissatisfied, upset and troubled with shaadi and your poor customer service and management. I feel harassed as a paid member to be honest.

Sudden deactivation of my profile is causing me a lot of trouble. Firstly, I have been told that my profile is under validation after being a paid member for last few months. Secondly this should be your first step to verify the profile before taking money for membership from us.

You can't just go ahead and deactivate anyone's profile without their knowledge and consent or letting them know what the real issue is. I have already submitted a copy of my passport and proof of my employment letter. I am extremely dissatisfied and upset with your poor customer service and I would never recommend anyone to be a member on Shaadi.

Deactivating my profile without any valid reason is more than disappointing.

Initially you said that profile is deactivated because of my fake photographs and when I sent you my proof then later on you said it is because of my fake designation/profile.

I am a paid member. Invested so much on this profile just to lie? Why would anyone lie about their photos and profile. What will I do when someone meet me in person? These are so ridiculous reasons to trouble and harass your paid VIP members. I have lost all of my trust on Shadi. Your service is dissatisfactory.

I want someone from your managerial team to call me as soon as possible. I don't want to receive any emails from you. Thank you!

Fraudulent application and sites. Only money made techniques applies on the site. I recommend don't use if you don't want to loose your money.
