Customer support is the worst. Extremely poor VIP and premium services. Unreliable. Would have given negative stars. They do not process any refunds even if you do not want their services anymore
Shaadi.com is evolving into a platform with more fake profiles than genuine ones. I've seen three bogus male profiles in the past three months, and I've reported them on Shaadi, but nothing has happened.
Ladies and families, please take caution. Although there may be a small number of genuine males on this site, giving personal information and photos should be done with extreme caution.
A prosperous, courteous, and devout man by the name of Dr. Ajmal Khan - Obstrican from France who lives in Canada is shown below.
He and I communicated for more than a month, and he was going to meet me, but barely an hour before the meeting, he calls and asks for a cash transfer because he needs to pay customs since he is carrying so much cash.He spoke to every member of my family, but he never allowed me talk to his. He claimed to have a daughter, and he gave documentation that appeared to be authentic, but I now know that everything was a lie. He claims he is committed to you and doesn't want anybody else to view or contact him, therefore, he has hidden his profile. He is undoubtedly a skilled scam artist.
Shaadi.com needs to validate profiles, complete some verification, and delete any profiles that share the same contact information (phone number, email, and names).
Worst ever. Fake. Dont judge book by its cover
Dont trust this site and even the employees. They are selling with sweet poisoner and then harasses you
As someone who has navigated the world of online matrimonial platforms, I find Shaadi.com to be one of the most well-known names in the space. While I see that the site has a rating of 1.69 stars from 164 reviews, I think it's fair to point out where the service shines. They offer different membership tiers, including a VIP option for those wanting a bit more from their online dating experience.
I've heard some concerns about fake profiles and customer service, but in my view, it seems like Shaadi.com is constantly working to better its verification processes and improve the overall customer experience. And let's not forget, the platform ranks 705th among dating sites, which indicates that it's still a popular choice for many people looking for serious relationships.
Given the tricky and complex nature of the dating and matrimonial landscape, I think Shaadi.com offers a service that can be extremely valuable for the right users. There's always room for improvement, but I believe the platform has the potential for greater user satisfaction in the future.
Scammers made me pay $200 and immediately deleted my account right after.
This whole site is a run by a bunch of thieves and scammers. They took money and never responded afterwards.
Third-rate Business practices & customer service. They want to take money prior to proving that they are worth even 1 paise. Anupam Mittal Founder and CEO, People Group is a nincompoop and is running a clown-show.
Paid fee for full year and they deactivate my profile without my consent, very poor customer service. I send emails and raise so many queries no response at all! ZERO RATING
This is a time and money waste website. I do not recommend it. Limited quality people and scammers in this site.
Shaadi.com sells Matrimony for the Elite with a subscription of $700. It's not worth it. Don't waste your money. We didn't get at least one suitable match in 4 months.
THEY ARE 100% FAKE, FRAUD N SCAM PEOPLE. I PAID FOR 3 MONTHS AND USED ONLY FOR 30 DAYS AS THE POLICY MENTIONED. THE POLICY HAS NOT MENTIONED AT ALL FOR 90 DAYS. WHICH MEANS THEY HAVE TO REFUND MY MONEY FOR NOT USING NEXT 2 MONTHS. NEVER PAY. NEVER TRUST THEM. THEY JUST STOLE MY MONEY. IF YOU WANNA PAY TO BE STOLEN MONEY FOR NOT USING THEN THIS IS FOR YOU. BIG FRAUD N SCAMMERS.
Full of scam artists who make false profiles, gain your confidence and then attempt to con you for money. I reported one such person to shaadi who did nothing. They didn't suspend his account and sent me a form reply each time I complained stating they'd handled the matter.
Handled what? The person's acct is still active. I sent in evidence, a copy of my conversation w/ this person and a link to a site where another female told of how he'd scammed her out of several hundred dollars... which featured several pictures of himself he'd sent to her. Fortunately I was too smart for him to scam me.
Because of the way Shaadi.com is handling this matter it leads me to believe that they A.) won't revoke his acct because he's a premium member or B.) are making sham profiles themselves in an effort to cheat people out of even more money. Either way what it all boils down to is their profits are much more important to them than running an ethical company which offers a safe environment for singles to meet prospective spouses.
I paid 1210 rs and thay just deactivate my account. And now are also not refunding me my money and even they are not replying on e mail as well their help centre
Do Not Waste Your Money. They are the Scammers Who Just taking money From People Alot of Fake Profiles 99%. I was Looking for my Son But All the invite decline at the same time How is this possible and Not a Single Invite Based on My Preference is Accepted. So, save your Money and Time They are taking advantage only Nothing is Authentic and Reliable Here Nothing!
*******706 she promise marriage, left you someday blaming you for the things you are unaware of, with as much as cash or gold or other valuables. She already is married and a mother of 1.
Fraud Websites and Fake profiles... beware of http://shaadi.com (http://shaadi.com) and Jeevansaathi... you will get lot of fake acceptances and when you contact them they will not pick the number and fake parents who visit at home and they are not reachable or not pickup phone and they will try to cancel the proposal by giving lame excuses at the time of finalisation I don't understand how government is still allowing them to operate in india on such a large scale... they should be banned in india as they are cheating millions of indians... had this fraud taken place in US they would have sued these companies. I have uninstalled their apps and deleted my profile though I still
Have my subscription left more for 2 or 3 months and lot of contacts to be still utilized as I see a big trouble going forward because marriage is a big decision so you just cant leave your destiny to these fake sites. When you will take the subscription they will show lot of fake acceptances or invitations in your inbox and lot of profile visitors which will vanish after 10- 15 days and they will keep on showing the old profiles.
At the last I will say that they have managed this fake racket very well. They have setup call centers in different cities in India and their employees operate from there.
Stay away... these people are $#*!ed morons who do not know wtf they are doing... they ask ridiculous things of their clients and the censor the posts insanely...
They will call you ten times a day to upgrade membership but will deactivate you profile after that and there will be no call or sms or email. It is just a fraud site.
I have open account gold membership, for 3 months, I can not find good profile. Moreover shaadi.com trying selling there plan's for getting perfect match. I think its not good service
Please please don't register your profile in this website,,,, shaadi, com is a fake website,,,, it simply takes off your money,,,, all the profiles are fake
They are such scammers. I was checking the features of http://Shaadi.com that what it is actually and did a small registration there but then i didnt create account.
But still, as http://shaadi.com got my email address, it started sending me newsletters. That was quit unprofessional and stupid. But then i though to change my email preferences but instead of allowing me to unsubscribe http://shaadi.com took me over the page where i need to add my rest of the details and create account.
I have attached the screen shot as well.
So, what basically the genius of http://shaadi.com want me to do is basically create complete profile and then unsubscribe from their newsletter. And in this process, I will have to provide my contact number so their telecallers can call me and sell me for paid membership.
What kind of scam is this, a user can not even unsubscribe from their newsletter.
Top of that, I am receiving newsletter but if i try to login over http://shaadi.com it still take me to the page to create account that means my account is not even active!
Answer: Please don't bother with Shaadi. It's not worth the efforts and the money. My son met his wife through http://J4Love.net I'm pretty sure it's not the only honest dating site, there are bunch of other platforms and you may want to experiment. But just avoid Shaadi! It's definitely a dishonest company. They want to keep the cash flowing and they use very nefarious methods for milking the unsuspecting users for money!
Answer: Disconnect sounds suspicious make sure they talk could be married living with wife
