This is most useless site They collect money in advance and service wise very poor. They promise lot but never do any work add lot of fake profiles Don't go for this matrimony
BharatMatrimony is much better
DO NOT EVER go on this site. All are scamsters. I met two big ones, ended up asking for money within one & two weeks. They have elaborate stories, traveling abroad, got into accident, in a coma, and the only number the damn doc could call was mine asking for money to be sent to Cambodia.
When you call their number **************, a guy picks and speaks only in Hindi he does not English. When i ask him if i can speak to anyone else he says there is no one else there. He says he is the security person there and he tries to help.
I have called them couple of times over the years at day and night times and this security guy picks up the phone. This is not a proper organised company. Its just an app that has has no proper sales support system.
Not true to their words
I purchased Diamond membership for my son. Within a week I started getting calls for purchasing VIP services. The person on call even knew who did we sent contact request and how many contact request were sent. He asked for $1195 for VIP services.
After little over two weeks, they logged me out and asked my govt id proof to continue using shaadi.com website. Remember, this wasn't a condition established when I was registering and they were taking my money.
Now, they have deleted my son's profile and disabled the account.
I have to request my credit card company for getting my money back.
I do not trust this site for keeping my US issued government I'd. Safe enough without having any trust protocol established.
If you live in USA, I for warn you and advise you to stay away from this site.
So far my profile is not activated neither my money is reimbursed. I will keep you posted if any positive development take place.
Kam
Waste of your money, there is no help if you need it no phone number to call. You can just can email no one replies. Website is so difficult, not user friendly. You send or reply to prospective candidate, never get to know if they if they received it or read it or not. Its like you are throwing in a deep black whole and don't know where is it going.
It happens with us if we dont get paid membership we get an attractive profile invitation and just after few minutes of that invitation the CCE will call you to take premium membership to talk to them and trust me you will either get a fake number or fake email id where there will be no response from the user. This is how they make you fool.
I know lots of people including myself, who used http://shaadi.com for almost 12 years.
70% time wasters guaranteed, and majority of their profiles are fake or not genuine.
I believe they generate revenue through the mandatory subscription to be able to reply.
Creating fake profiles of people with no genuine intention - is to help generate revenue.
Obviously the suffering or misery of others is an opportunity to make revenue.
If you want to disrespect 70% of your life away, then go ahead use http://shaadi.com and you will wish you had never paid a dime to these guys.
70% guaranteed waste
More than 50% are fake or have no genuine intention
70% of your life wasted with time wasters on the app who refuse to even have a phone call
Even tinder or city night clubs are far better than this shaadi app guaranteed.
You will have only 5% success in finding women on this shaadi app who will agree to have a direct teleconference and discuss compatibility.
The rest of them are like bots - even far worse than tinder.
The straightforward process allowed me to articulate who I am and express what I'm seeking in a partner. Overall, it's a user-friendly platform that puts the spotlight on 'I' and makes the journey of finding a match enjoyable.
Floods matches from places not asked for. Why is there an option for hiding your pic? If someone seriously wants to peruse a match, the first thing they want is to see your photo. So if one side can see your photo, why are they hidden. Also, matches being sent on email from Sangam'. How did they get my email? Are they a sister branch of Shaadi? If you are serious, I would never recommend you to waste your time and money.
I bought their one year subscription. After using it for a week they blocked my account saying I have violated their rules and I have to upload id like passport, driving license etc. I live in USA and anybody here would understand how dangerous it is to share your personal details with unauthorized organization.
They don't have any call center number where you can call and try to settle this issue- you only can email them which i did and they still persist for my personal details. Anyway I am not going to share my ID with them and created a dispute about their services through my Bank.
I think shaadi.com is now involved in some kind of scam or I do not see any reason for them asking for ID. If you live in USA, Europe, Australia and so on -please do not share your ID with them or with any unauthorized institution. If you do that you just put yourself in vulnerable position.
I suggest do not purchase any special services from them. They will take your money and will not provide you any services nor return your money. I have very bad experience with this company. I purchased shaadi select service on May 28th but to date no services. I have been lodging complaints almost every third day on their customer care help line. But despite regular follow-ups no action till date. They have refused to return my money and also not providing the services. Very pathetic services and support. I totally frustrated and exhausted now.
I had a fantastic experience with Select Shaadi! It was super easy and just what I needed. The team really understood what I was looking for and suggested some amazing matches. The whole process made finding the right person a breeze. If you're looking for a great matchmaking experience, I highly recommend Select Shaadi. They made my journey to finding love simple and enjoyable.
Its big scam whenever your subscribition comes to an end you will find 2-3 profile have sent interest, but they never talk or chat.
They make people fool
Genuine matrimonial site i found is Jeevansathi.com.
They shows paid plans of $ 100-125. When u buy a plan, they will contact you and offers special plans of $1500-2200 for 3 months saying that they will show selected profiles matches for you. So why their programmed algorithm hiding those profiles even for paid members and will show only if you pay more money?
So Shaadi.com consultants or founder has not jacked up the website till date. I am South African on the website and it keeps kicking me off because I don't have +91 Indian number. So what is the use of a website to search for a partner if it keeps kicking a person off due to not having a +91 number. I thought this is a international website that is to help people globally? So I will keep getting kicked off because I need an Indian number
I would have given zero, if there was a zero. This app is designed to steal your hard earned money and keep you on their app so they can make even more money. They watch and control everything you do on that app. So many scammers and false invitations from people, they don't even know they've sent you and invitation.
My account as a premium (paid) member was taken offline without any reason given by Shaadi customer service.
The only way of reinstating my account as advised by Shaadi was that I would have to provide proof of ID like passport, Aadhar card etc. for verification.
Shaadi adopt a sledgehammer approach to verifying profiles - upload your personal ID(passport, Aadhar card etc.) or your profile will be taken offline and eventually deleted.
Bad luck if you've paid for your Shaadi membership as there are no refunds or partial refunds offered even though they have deleted your profile without explanation.
Also for overseas users of Shaadi, there is no contact number for Shaadi customer service available - only an email address and if you're a premium member, a "chat" option.
My profile was blocked after 7 days, they demanded i send them my photo id. When they charged me 3 months premium at the start they didnt demand anything, just wanted money.
They know if they ask people for photograghic id then no one would pay these scammers.
Being a professional finance advisor, I was looking for a life partner who will support me in my career and life. Within two weeks, I got a profile suggestion and started my conversation, and we are planning to meet in person.
Answer: Please don't bother with Shaadi. It's not worth the efforts and the money. My son met his wife through http://J4Love.net I'm pretty sure it's not the only honest dating site, there are bunch of other platforms and you may want to experiment. But just avoid Shaadi! It's definitely a dishonest company. They want to keep the cash flowing and they use very nefarious methods for milking the unsuspecting users for money!
Answer: Disconnect sounds suspicious make sure they talk could be married living with wife
