Horrible take back policy tock some shoes back that wee too small and because it was a few days past 30 days to return they said sorry no returns or even exchanges got stuck with shoes too small. They are really really cheap

A step up from walmart but still not great. The store has some good deals and can be a decent experience depending on your location. I am big on customer service and store cleanliness.

Hopefully you do not get your credit card stolen :P (Definitely not their fault as it was a much bigger issue, but still a fun news article that got blown out of proportion)

We found a great digital camera for a great price, placed the order and it was ready for pick up at the store within 5 minutes. I stopped by on my way home from work and it all happened within half an hour. Quick an painless shopping- the best way to do it.

I ordered a Christmas gift for my nieces and used there guaranteed Christmas delivery lets just say it's still not there. I called UPS Christmas eve they informed me they don't have it that it is still at target let me remind you I ordered it dec 15. I than contacted target very Ticked off they tried blaming ups when I told them ups didn't have it so it's not there fault. They sent me a gift card and told me it could be another 4-6 business days I will never use target shipping online again

I ordered specific presents for my two grandchildren from Target.com online. I ordered them over a week before Christmas, and chose the shipping option that would enable them to be delivered by 12/22. When they didn't come by 12/22, I checked online and found a tracking number that said they were shipped and would be delivered between 12/23-12/24. I was worried when they did not arrive on 12/23. Today is 12/24. Because these are presents my grandchildren specifically asked for, and were expecting (they are 5 year old twins), we didn't go to church and waited at home expecting the package to be delivered. By 6pm when they had not arrived, I looked again at the tracking. It said that at 10:30am the package was transferred to the us post office for delivery. I called the post office. I was told, "sorry, but we get those on a pallet and they would not be sorted until the next business day which is 12/16, and then not delivered until the next business day which is Monday, 12/29. I will NEVER order from Target again. EVERY order I placed with Amazon.com was delivered exactly when they said it would be by the carrier they said it would be delivered by. This is deplorable, and VERY disappointing for my sweet Grandchildren that only asked for these simple toys for Christmas. Shame on you Target for these shipping practices. I just spoke with the UPS delivery person about this - he just delivered something to our house that was not Christmas related but ordered from Amazon.com 2 days ago, and he said it is up to the shipper to authorize those UPS boxes to be transferred to the post office, so it totally your fault, Target. You have lost my order business and I hope a lot more folks wise-up to your practices. You could learn from Amazon.com.

I ordered a Halloween outfit for my daughter in the beginning of October. The first time they sent it, UPS sent it back because it was damaged. I had to call and notify Target and they said they'd send out another one. The second one they sent was sent back by the post office before I got it yet again. The costume finally arrived right before Halloween, only because I contacted them many times and had it expedited, and had to pay for the costume AGAIN. It should've been there with weeks to spare, and I never got the promised refund for the original costume, which was deducted from my paypal. This was a headache and I got ripped off. I will not use Target online ever again.

Whatever you do, do not shop at Target or especially Target.com they have stolen $600.00 from me for an item they supposedly sent to me but I never received and now they will Not refund me because I have no proof I didn't receive it and the shipper UPS said they did deliver it. So they get away with stealing my money because whenever I call them they say there is nothing they can do and refuse to give me any help! I have even hand wrote a letter and mailed it to the executives of corporate in hopes they could do something, like use the insurance every company has these days to help me get my item or money back but they ignore me and are no help! So go to any company or shop other then target! I'm not a fan of Walmart but rather go there then deal with Target ever again!

I went to Target pharmacy last night with my daughter that had a wisdom tooth extraction and she was in a great deal of pain and after 55 minutes wait they told us that they do not have the pills that the doctor prescribed, that the pills are not fabricated any more! OK if you receive a prescription wound you check it out first and make sure that you have it? And or tell the costumer to go to another place and don't make them wait almost an hour to tell them that you don't have it, my daughter was crying because of the pain and they didn't even care about it, when I told them why they didn't inform us about the situation sooner they just cut me off and said that was not their fault. Bad costumer service.

They have different varieties of collections such as clothing, jewelries, electronic items, household products, gifts, toys, books, sport products etc. I have ordered shirts and T-shirts from their website. The quality of some clothes was not up to the mark, but it was adjustable with the discount rate they provided.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLINE IS HORRIBLE THEY ARE NASTY AND HANG UP ON YOU IF THEY DONT WANNA DEAL WITH YOU. I BOUGHT A KITCHEN AID AND IT WAS USED I HAD TO ORDER THIS 4 TIMES TO REALIZE HOW STUPID I WS TO KEEP ORDERING IT AN GETTING A USED ONE. THEY DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME A GIFT CARD WHEN I ASKED FOR ONE THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN RUDE AND NASTY PEOPLE THAT ARE GOOD FOR NOTHING
