Anything you can buy at their store can be purchased online and sent wherever you wish. Great convenience, no worries.

I placed an order with Target.com on November 27th and was told my order would be delivered on November 29th because I had qualified for free 2-day delivery. I waited and waited and waited... I called the company on December 3rd to check on the status of my order and was told they didn't know what had happen but someone would contact me in 24 hours. I was given a case number. 24 hours later, no call. I tried contacting the site again (via chat) and the agent simply disconnected me when I asked why no one had contacted me and asked that my order be delivered Today. I called the customer support number and asked to speak to a manager. I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes and finally was disconnected from the call. I called again and this time I was finally transferred to a manager, Julia. Not a very helpful person at all! Instead of offering SOLUTIONS, or apologizing for the problems I was experiencing, Julia simply said that the RESEARCH team in charge of figuring out what was the delay in my order was really behind and she couldn't really tell me when they would call back. Probably at least 72 hours... She told me I could re-order the item for store pickup (at a much higher price of course). She offered no real solutions and basically just sighed loudly because apparently, I was being an inconvenience! When I asked what she did for the company she told me she was a CUSTOMER SERVICE manager... Well forgive me then for expecting better service from Target! I WILL NEVER AGAIN order anything from Target.com
Wanted to return bedsheets that were wrong size. Called to MAKE SURE THAT THEY HAD THE RIGHT SIZE and THEY SAID YES. I told them that I was driving from out of town just to make sure that they had my size first, again they said yes. Went to the Target Store in Burlington NC walked to the back to get correct size and guess what, NO KING SIZE. Talked to the Manager and he went to find out which sales associate told me that they had my size. Manager came back and said John the Sales associate is new and did not look at the right section and size. Manager said that is was a learning lesson for the sales associate. Manager said that he could give me a little discount if I wanted to pick out another different set but thats not what I wanted. Then he said, I can give you 10% on something else, again I said no but how about a gift card, he said, No cannot do that. I was so upset and it did not seem to matter to him that The Customer was upset. I walked to the front to get my money back. Wasted Day, Wasted Gas Money because A Salesperson did not seem to be smart enough to make sure that there was a KING SIZE in stock that I was driving to come get! I will never give them my business again! No Compassion!
I being a faithful customer of target stores for more than 20 years EVERYTHING I NEED FOR ME AND MY FAMILY I FIND IT AT TARGET AT A VERY LOW PRICES, EXCELLENT STORE
At least I don't have to wait in long check out lines. Unfortunately Target is not in my town. But I do like to shop at a Target when I am near one.

As long as they allow the bathrooms and dressing rooms to be unisex, I will not be going to Target. That is the craziest thing I have ever heard of.
I went to officemax today to get some printing done and i brought my sheet i needed copied and the lady/girl just pointed to the copy machine and moved her head. Like over there.
Ok i understand i go to the copy machine and use a credit card. The 3 employees were just chatting and i felt like i interupted them. Then i went t whole foods and the cashier just rang me up and talked to the bagger... but she did ask me if i wanted my reciept. Went to 2 other stores and pretty much the same thing. But then i went to target and i was greeted twice as i walked in and i was told very precisely where to find what i was looking for and when i got there the guy really helped me out and explained things to me so i understood how to use
What i was buying. Now i am not upset with the other stores workers I am just saying when i compare my experiences i had shopping today, Target was light years ahead of the rest on customer service! T rarely go to target but someone bought me a gift card so i went there. But forsure i will shop there wheneveer i need something that i can find there!
Maybe that is shy the stock has gone to the stars!
Its a usual service not positive and not negative... slowly issues could be identified. With time the services provided could be judged more
Good prices with reasonable shipping cost (sometimes zero cost) and FAST! You get what you pay for! Sometimes there is even a sale.

Answer: Looks like Target has sent a lot of ringers here to up their ratings in the last few months. Nice try guys but your whole shopping experience is still subpar. To answer this question, IT DEPENDS on where you live and what you order. If you're right next to their warehouse, SURPRISE, it's there in a day and you think they are fantastic. If you live far away, the item is no longer in stock or they are slow to fill it, it could take six weeks. It did for us on a couple of occasions, SO it's the luck of the draw and certainly NOT better than Amazon.

Answer: I'm sorry. I ordered a lot from target.com and never had a problembefore, but when I finally did have a problem... hours and days on the phone. One of the service techs put me on hold for 30 minutes. Another put me on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up. Horrible.
Answer: I was unable to purchase a prepaid phone card with my gift card. This fact was not disclosed in the product description so I found out at the checkout when it was too late. Now am stuck with the useless gift card. I am very disappointed in Target shopping and will never buy anything from them ever again. I do not recommend Target shopping to anyone. Spare yourself some aggravation and shop elsewhere. Enough said.
