I have learned not to try to return anything, especially if ordered online. It takes forever and the clerks get very aggravated. The stores have way too many empty check out stands. Not even half will be open, but shoppers are required to stand in line often 20-40 minutes. The self check out stands are not any faster. Too many people will be queued up waiting too. Shopping there is not a pleasant experience. Many clerks complain they usually don't get their breaks for hours. I don't think Sam would have liked how poorly his stores are managed. I appreciate walmarts savings catcher and being able to double my saving with a blue card.
