Always shop here and I do online shopping through them too. However it would be nice for them to send a reciete in the email too
Will not be ordering anything from Target online again! First, I ordered a package containing a vinyl record and the box was in shambles, plus the record was literally split down the middle. Then, I submitted for a replacement and they sent a CD and the system updated the order for that. Called to say I got the wrong item, and even though I submitted photos, they said their system shows a CD and not the original vinyl I purchased --- EVEN THOUGH I HAVE PHOTO PROOF AND SUBMITTED THAT WITH THE REPLACEMENT REQUEST! So then, I get refunded for the price of the CD which is less than the price of the vinyl. Granted, I bought it with a buy 2 get 1 free special but I would never have bought a cd because of the low value so I lost in my savings that I would've gotten with the Vinyl record. Then they had the audacity to ask if I wanted to purchase the vinyl record from them and I said no way, I'm already out my expected savings and it's only going to show up damaged anyways. I will never purchase from Target.com again and I certainly wouldn't recommend anybody purchasing anything fragile as it won't be packaged properly and be sent broken, and avoid the nightmare of trying to explain to the help center because they won't take hard evidence over their system's and warehouse faults.
I almost don't know where to begin on all the troubles I'm having this week alone with Target.com orders. First of all, I placed an order hours before the deadline to have a two-day shipment get here on Wednesday. I needed the cereal for Thursday's breakfasts. I was notified by the shipper that there was a delay - they had told me to expect it on Wednesday, as promised by Target - but it would be delivered on Thursday. On Thursday, I went to the site and saw that the shipper still had not received the items from Target. I called Target.com two days in a row and got totally incompetent "service" reps who just thought saying their sorry would fix it. Last nite, after the rest of the order came and still no two day items, I called Target.com again. This was at 7:30 pm. They said wait until the end of the day; it would come. I told them that it was impossible because the shipper still had not received the items. The "service" rep just kept repeating himself. The two-day order is now two days late and, tho Target claims it will be here today - 4 days for a guaranteed 2 day delivery - UPS only shows it is there; it is NOT on a truck for delivery.
My guaranteed next day delivery re-stock items, which were to be here today, are not out for delivery either. They have "shipped". These are coming from less than 2 miles down the street; they could have walked them here in an hour.
When things come, cans are always dented, sometimes badly. They don't seem to know how to pack anything. These are the nightmare packers you run into in supermarkets where the 16 year old boy puts your bread and eggs at the bottom of the bag. I guess that's where they recruit their shipping department.
My advice is DO NOT COUNT ON TARGET TO DELIVER ANYTHING ON TIME!
Target targeting excellent ways to provide services. I had great experience over here. Target is best.
When they opened in Canada, I thought they would have good prices like Target USA, but it turns out they are even more expensive than already--established companies in Canada, such as Wal-Mart
I love going to Target to get all the art supplies I need to create different pieces of art. It's a great place to just shop for everyday things
I ordered a Wii game for the family from Christmas. I thought it was for the Wii, I didn't not see the U, and I'd also been unaware there even was a Wii U. So I threw out ALL the packaging and the box, and the shipping labels, and unwrapped it from the cellophane and rewrapped in Santa paper and put it under the tree! Christmas morning when they opened it from the box and put it into the wii, that's when we realized it was not the correct game. I called our LOCAL target, explained what happened, and they advised all we had to do was bring in the game, with the credit card I used to purchase it online with, and they'd allow for an even trade. No hassle, no problems, friendly and helpful. My mistake, and target easily made it right for our family. I didn't realize that Target will except opened online purchases in the store even with no labels or barcodes. All you needed is the card you used to purchase. I love target, always have and this dreadful mistake on my part, was happily taken care of by the people in red! LONG LIVE TARGET! <3
I shop here all the time it so convenient to my home. I get from dog food, storage boxes, electronics, food, clothing, etc. A one stop shop!
I always seem to find a super cute pair of shoes in the stores that they don't have in my size. I can usually find them online.
I shop online at lot & forgot how fast brick & mortar stores are. I order almost anything & it's delivered pronto. I'm never concerned with Target.
In and out with product I wanted. Quick and fast and you are on your way. A Lot of different departments, and products. Over all great experience.
I love target when shopping for clothes for my kids. Target is priced higher them
Some stores but it's well worth it!
I prefer to shop target on line vs in the store. I will say that they have good store phone customer service.
Hit or miss with target online. They should be careful about that lest they end up in the retail swamps with kmart.com/sears.com
I order from Target regularly and have never had a problem. I use my red card for every purchase and save money!
Best if you want to get your bought item precisely good quality and on time delivery this place is best for you
My daughter works at Target so I can shop from home, get the items delivered to her store and she brings them back to the house. SCORE!
Seems Good! I thing it's not more userfriendly website, They should revamp this with more user friendly.
I love coming to Target. It makes it worthwhile to visit due to the amazing customer service, decent deals, and quite frankly a very clean store.
Answer: Looks like Target has sent a lot of ringers here to up their ratings in the last few months. Nice try guys but your whole shopping experience is still subpar. To answer this question, IT DEPENDS on where you live and what you order. If you're right next to their warehouse, SURPRISE, it's there in a day and you think they are fantastic. If you live far away, the item is no longer in stock or they are slow to fill it, it could take six weeks. It did for us on a couple of occasions, SO it's the luck of the draw and certainly NOT better than Amazon.

Answer: Be careful. If the item suddenly becomes unavailable that you already paid for you will have to wait 30 days for your refund.
Answer: Sometime from other sites, malware can be picked up to track your internet history. I don't think target's website would carry that!
Answer: I'm sorry. I ordered a lot from target.com and never had a problembefore, but when I finally did have a problem... hours and days on the phone. One of the service techs put me on hold for 30 minutes. Another put me on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up. Horrible.
Answer: I was unable to purchase a prepaid phone card with my gift card. This fact was not disclosed in the product description so I found out at the checkout when it was too late. Now am stuck with the useless gift card. I am very disappointed in Target shopping and will never buy anything from them ever again. I do not recommend Target shopping to anyone. Spare yourself some aggravation and shop elsewhere. Enough said.
Target has a rating of 2.2 stars from 1,742 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with Target most frequently mention customer service, gift card and online order. Target ranks 7th among Department Store sites.
