Bad service

They write on the site that the approximate time to deliver is 60 min it took 3 hours until we get the food which was freezing we could not eat it. Worse service in kuwait

Very very slow service this is the fifth time i order and the i receive the food after 2 hours i keep on complaning during the 2 hours the costumer service is very bad and unhelpful i tried cancelling my order but they told me the order is already on the way. I will never use ttalabat again

KFC Twister

We have ordered 10 KFC Spicy twister with with Tomato, Lettuce (Order Number# *******) but we have received all twister without Tomato and also the food was quite cold. The expectations was high but result was not upto the mark..

The food was ready for pick up at 7:30pm, 35 minutes after I ordered but Talabat did not show up to collect the food. When I finally got Talabat on chat at 8:30pm, they said they would send another driver to pick up food that was cooked one and a half hours before and it would probably not have reached me within two hours of being cooked. In the end, I canceled and received a refund, but no form of reparation was made. On the other end, the restaurant called and sent a freshly cooked order FREE OF CHARGE. If I could give 0 stars to Talabat, I would.

Worst Experience

We had ordered food at 3:30Hrs as we were so hungry and placed in total of 03 Different Things(02 Non Veg Items, 01 Vegetarian), After one hour they delivered the order they took us money for 3 times however delivered 2 only, Worst Service ever,

Poor Customer Service
December 11, 2020

Recently they have this promotion for Talabat Dine. Basically it's just a pop up message and when you click YES you will automatically subscribe for free trial. There is no warning for the trial period nor email nor message and they will deduct you QAR99 after the trial ends. When you contact support services they will give you a time frame that they will certainly NOT DO. They will only say apologies for the inconvenience and will follow up but again they will never do. MAHA one of the staff is trying to play with me. I'm asking for a refund regarding this talabat dine and staff will answer is the food cold or not or something irrelevant on my case. As of writing the issue is still pending and no official email from them. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

THIS IS THE WORST ZOMATO IS WAY BETTER. THIS APP DOESN'T EVEN ALLOW LOW REVIEWS TO BE POSTED. DISCOUNT IS MEAGER. SO MANY RESTAURANT CANNOT BE FOUND. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT. I RECEIVED A VERY OLD CINNABON AND I COULDNT EVEN ACCESS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The worst customer sevrice. You complain about an incorrect item and they will say, "Thank you for letting us know, it wont happen again" seriously! BAD APP! They will replace the item without your permission and charge you for it! RIDICULOUS!
This is not 1990 anymore! GROW UP! You guys must be on a great loss if you are not willing to upgrade your system and you should know that one day your app will lose all customers due to your misleading campains and bad customer service! MISERABLE! YOUR APP IS HOPELESS!

Talabat has always been terrible in every way imaginable. They will remain terrible too! You know why? Because people are still using their service. Despite the low ratings, despite the complaints, they are still making revenue and so they are not compelled to change anything. They will never care about their customers. They will not care about providing excellent, professional service. Talabat does not care about standing out as an exceptional company.

They hire staff with little to no experience. The live chat customer service representatives use prompted messaging, so it's like chatting with a bot and not a human. The drivers don't speak Arabic, or English and most of the time just use noises to communicate. If you ask a driver, where are you? His response will be, "ah ah"... what time is "ah ah"? They also hire random drivers that arrive in regular clothes, not Talabat uniform. Some arrive sweaty and wipe their nose while they are passing you your food order!

Talabat is pathetic and someone needs to get on their boogy and open up a competition so that they lose their customers and eventually go out of business. A business they do NOT belong in. The service industry is built on customers. And without your customer, you are nothing!

THEY BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON AND WHEN I ASKED THEM TELL ME THE REASON, they said "we cannot disclose the reason to anyone" THEN ON CALL ONE OF THEIR AGENTS SAID, it is because of 10 cancelled orders, when i checked, only 7 of my orders were cancelled and IT WAS BECAUSE OF THEM, they did it themselves. They dont even reply to my emails anymore. They even ate my remaining credits now. They are saying my account is permanently blocked and they cant do anything about it. All the staff doesnt even know proper english, they only speak arabic which NOT EVERYONE SPEAKS IN THE COUNTRY. When i asked him to repeat what he said, he got frustrated and started being annoyed- if he doesnt know how to speak properly he should expect people to ask him to repeat. EVERY TIME I ORDER FROM TALABAT THERE IS ALWAYS SOME ISSUE AND THEN THEY REFUND AND DEN BLOCK ACCOUNTS SO U CANNOT USE THEIR CREDITS SO STUPID PLEASE

I advise everyone to avoid ordering food on Talabat. They used to have reasonably good services, but lately, their service is awful. They are unprofessional and do not care about their customers—horrible and unprofessional customer service. I ordered from Mc Donald ( never again), and I paid with a credit card and have never received the order. Mc Donald used one of the most inept and incompetent drivers who could not find a central location in Salmiya. I contacted them only to hear mechanically repeated words, such as " don't worry, we will solve the problem. They stated that a team would take care of it. The team has never contacted me, and I have never received neither the food nor the money.
Be aware and do not order through them. It will be a waste of your time, money, and energy. I requested to talk to a supervisor, and of course, they gave me a runaround. They are highly disrespectful, uncivilized, and do not care about their customers. Order at your own risk! I will never use the services of such incompetent, unprofessional, and disrespectful people!
