Complain about the charge

Talabat is well known. But the past few days its getting worst.! We order in the WEST ZONE SUPERMARKET total of 24 aed when our order arrived the rider wants us to pay 45? How come 45 it's clear in the receipt that we will just only pay 24! Then I talk to someone in the live chat he said there is a price different in the west zone online app, we call one of the stuff in west zone and they said "madaam you should pay only 24 our price is same in your receipt" so please TALABAT do your job well, IF YOU CAN'T THEN CLOSE YOUR COMPANY! YOU ARE STEALING MONEY TO PEOPLE WHICH IS NOT GOOD!

5 orders got cancelled and never refunded, they cancel the order and keep the money forever, I made 1000 complaints and no actions has been made, this is the biggest scam delivery app

The WORST APP EVER! I'm very disappointed in this app and the customer service
I don't recommend anyone to ever use this app
A huge waste of time and money as well
Very poor unprofessional staff and drivers
This chat feature in their app is useless and all the staff are under qualified and very rude
Also there is absolutely no connection between the drivers and the restaurants
It's far better to choose calling the restaurant directly than to choose this app
I even recommend banning this app from Egypt

They dont even deserve one, I ordered today and there was a driver from talabat who should deliver the food, he came with no bill and took 10% more than the exact amount plus I found that 1 item is missing after complaining and calling many time the very very pooor call center with lazy and poor supervisor they promised he will come and apologize and return the amount he was taking by force as tips and the cost of the missing amount, and guess what notttthing happened he never showed up, can u all believe it they couldnt control their driver from stealing from people and his bad attitude and they completely did nothing.
I really hope that the CEO Abdulhamid Al Omar know that is poor unprofessional stuff no with customers and try to solve it before its too late, I will for sure remove any payment credit card details before closing the account as its not safe at all to deal with those people

Horrible Service

So I was in the office and my friends orderd food from the same restaurant I ordered from and the delivery guy was the same guy who's going to give me my food but cz he's very smart he left my food down and brought my friends food and then went down to bring change for an an other order and didn't come till he was late for 30mins more and the costumer service was just lying and after he gave me my food the Pepsi was damage the bag for my food was damaged also from water and I sent him the picture after all that he said omg is there any happen to your food to make complaints I swear this is the last time and I'm deleting this app Careem and noon are more pro than them

I Order Today. I remember The Exact Time 2:30 And I Wait My Order Its Almost Got 3 hours And Never Got My Order. I Don't know What happen To the Delivery. Before I Order. Its Almost 30 mins. I Got My Order But the second Time I Order. 3 Hours $#*!ing Hours I Wait Coz I'm So $#*!ing Hungry. But still not Coming My Order. Also That Coordinator Maybe 4 Person that I Talk But they Did not Fix The Problem. Shame Also that Heads. That i Talk. Never Order This $#*!ing Company. Bad Service Period.

After numerous horrible experiences I cancelled my account - they are the middle man and an interference, much easier to call restaurants directly!

Now they keep sending me e-mails, I never subscribed to receive e-mails, I unsubscribed 3 times, cancelled my account, and they're still contacting me?!

I REGRET EVER JOINING!

Every time I am ordering food from talabat i got very cold food with a big delay
I don't know why they are not writing the correct waiting time
They have a very unprofessional customer service
I contacted them regarding my order delay
They said that they will give a gift 8 AED instead of the delay
And i told them that I don't want the 8 AED because it worth nothing since my order value is around 150 AED. And it will come cold
The customer service ignored me and added that 8 AED and he knows that I don't want them
So ignoring the customer decision is not a behavior of the customer service!
And at the end i got my food which was very cold after waiting around one and hours
( before ordering it was written it needs only 35 minutes)

And i gave them another chance but the same thing happened
Very poor application

Bad Experience

Talabat App recently gave me a bad experience.

I used a talabt discount voucher to order KFC.

The order was received by KFC at full price without the discount applied.

When I called KFC, they denied the Talabt voucher, which put me in a bad position. What if I don't have cash to pay their delivery man?

Talabt apologized for the error and was trying to credit back the discount voucher I never used.

Instead of addressing my real issue of facing a bad situation, they were focusing on refunding my discount voucher.

Upon calling again, Talabat representative used an aggressive tone, which I did not like, and denied his colleague Ms. Doaa's offer.

My complaint was forced to be written here as well as online so a responsible person could respond.

While I have the right to request a refund, I would like to be compensated for the way the Talabat team handled my issue and initially put me in such a position.

It's not nice to harass the customers if there is a communication gap between Talabat and the restaurant.

They charge you a PRO fee and that too for extremely limited restaurants and on top of it, you have to buy a minimum of 30-40dhs worth of food to ACTIVATE the Pro status on each of these limited restaurants! If you don't do that, you pay for delivery, you pay their service fee and you pay their small order fee, all this when youre already a PRO member. What!
