I have make a order for 97 Egyptian pounds 15 minutes later they call me and tell me that the price are wrong and I have to pay 111 Egyptian pounds I say oke 3 minutes later they call again and say it was wrong again and I have to pay 124 Egy pounds it's not my fault and I didn't get my order in the end so stupid never order there again.
I sent the following via the Talabat feedback page. I ordered from a restaurant and this was the result. Based in Doha.
'I ordered a delivery at 3:57pm and by 6:10pm it had still not arrived. I contacted one of your Live Chat Agents called Ram for his help and he provided me with horrendous customer service. Apparently, it was not the restaurant's fault that they had not knocked on my door or rang my bell to deliver my food.
He seemed to think that I would automatically know that the restaurant would ring me, although with my previous experience this is not the case.
I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service provided. It was and is atrocious.
I think that A LOT of customer service training is needed for your Live Chat Agents if they are all similar to Ram.
I am a Live Chat Agent for Vodafone UK with a 98% success rate. The way I was spoken to via chat was unbelievably bad and would be grounds for dismissal if I were to ever to treat a customer the way I have been.
I would strongly advise you to provided some customer service and satisfaction training ASAP for your Live Chat Agents as you will lose business VERY fast if this continues.'

Funds were withdrawn from my account several times or blocked 1JD, on the basis that they were unlockable and were not recovered or unblocked.
The bank was contacted and I was informed that the amount was withdrawn, and it is when creating an account on their APP 1JD for bank account check or something like that
An order was made through their app for an amount of approximately 5 or 6 JD, which is not the large amount, and i was informed through their app that the payment process failed, and the bank informed me that the withdrawal process was completed successfully, and I contacted them on 26.27.03.2023, and they informed me that yes, the amount was withdrawn for the amount.
The amount will be refunded within 5 to 7 working days, and until this moment, nothing has been refunded. Each time they just say we escalated.
Also, the prices on their app are much times higher than the prices of the restaurant or any shops, so I recommend using another application for orders.
I ordered several times and never correct ordering delivered. When you want to contact support there is simply no way of how to do it.
I have placed an order for Papa Murthy Pozza thru talabat.com and had the Worst service i ever had!
Talabat cancelled our order fiest time saying some sorr of item is not available! ( what item? We ordered pizza!) Egyptian guy feom customee "care" couldn't explain and asked us to place the order again.
Which we did.
And waited another hour.
After an hour i startes tracking the order ans saw that it was cancelled again!
NEVER use them, people who work there are useless!
Noone even wanted to take responsibility for it and kept on talking using "phone skripts"
I've faced too many problems wither with the app's not working well, the customer service not understanding the issue/not addressing their customers professionally, the food presented horribly sometimes, could be from the driver not taking care of it or the restaurant is careless about it but I'd assume it's actually from Talabat drivers trying to deliver them fast cause they're careless drivers risking their lives on the roads on a daily basis because it's a total mess, the food is out of the box splashed everyone in the delivery bag, it's impossible for the driver not to notice that YET still hands it to me. Utterly DISGUSTING. The most important thing, although I don't think it is but economically speaking it should be: the discount vouchers not working properly, the bank's card discount option becomes invalid some days ALTHOUGH it's still on the restaurant's lists of options.
This is just nuts and I'm sure there are others who are facing these problems and addressed ahead but who cares?
I just deleted this app because I've never faced problems as much as I did by simply trying to have one, simple, moment to try and enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner orders from them.
Today was the last straw with talabat, I'll uninstall it for good. When you are working and you rely on talabat to deliver food to the office at a reasonable time (I would be okay with up to 2 hours when it comes to talabat) but after 3 hours of waiting, you decide to do the logical thing and contact the customer care which somehow manages to make the problem seem x100 times worse because a-it's so frustrating chatting with them cuz there's no customer care number, b- long waits, c-unsympathetic and uninterested and simply lies and seems to be trying to get it over with, d- so far with all the issues (so many) i had with the delivery they have never offered me a satisfying solution to my problem, the best you can get is a refund (after 2 days) or an apology and empty words. Day at work actually ruined with no lunch and headache accentuated, so today after contacting them after the 3 hour delay I was informed that the restaurant canceled the order based on MY request and all they offered me was a refund, in a most unsympathetic way. If I didnt contact them there was now way for me to know the order was canceled, it was showing delivered on my app
Last time using talabat.
On my past orders all the delivery comes with around 1 hours delay!
Before thw order it shows for example 20min takes for my food to be delivered but after placing order it takes 1hour and so!
It was not the first time facing problems with this app, but this time my patience has run out! I ordered 2 juices and 2 Manoushe which usually takes about 30minutes to deliver, the app was showing 45 minutes delivery time. After 2 hours and half of waiting, I tried contacting the restaurant, the number on talabat was wrong, then I tried contacting talabat on the helpchat, they made me wait for 30minutes until I was connected to someone to assist me, then after a long conversation they told me that my order is cancelled due to a technical issue, and they told me that my money will be given back to me as a talabat credit or voucher only with compensation of 10 dirhams lol 2 hours and half waiting for my order to ended up without my food and not even sending my money back to my card! Many times I received food late and cold, 2 times I had my order delivered to another address, and one time someone took my food from the talabat driver and they told me driver made a mistake! Lol but this time was the end of it. I made a complaint to dubai Consumer service center, and I've deleted this app. I'd rather pay extra than have this unprofessional service handling my food, I highly not recommend it, better call the restaurant directly. Peace.

So we are WAITING for our order and turns out that it's CANCELLED. No one informs me or CALLED me that they will cancel it. I contacted the live chat of Talabat to find out it's CANCELLED!
TALABAT SAID THE PROBLEM IS IN KFC. KFC SAID THE PROBLE< IS FROM THE TALABAT?
Woow! And what are you going to do to us, customers that are complaining? Tossing or passing to each other Talabat or KFC?
No one fixed this problem! NO one!

I make grocery order and some item missing I order again and pay fees delivery again and I add one item to reach amount of delivery I got order again missing same items and they take fees of delivery
Since the service hand over to Talabat the delivery time takes more and so many restusrant using their driver not talabat so why am using talabat I will use directly the resturant
We constantly where using Talabat for servicing. Lately there it just no service at all. Contacted them on Thursday ( which we are aware is a busy night at 6.46pm) Order to be delivered in one hour. After 45 min. The tracking serviced said it was delivered. Call the call centre which immediately apologies and said they would get back to us. Immediately offered a fee of QR20 for the inconvenience. Nothing happened. We contacted them again and similar. Apologies and they would get back to us. This is after 2 hrs. Contacted them again. Similar to previous response. We were then told that the specificic restaurant does not pick up there phone. After three hours we requested to talk to a manager. We had a call from a lady called Isa which again similar to all the other apologies and offer us another QR20 for the inconvenience. Again were told that the restaurant does not answer the phone. There are many similar restaurants available in the same area. We were then asked if they need to cancel the order. Never they offered to order it from another place. We cancelled it as most of the people went to sleep as now it was over 3.5 hours since we ordered. Please train the employes to look for options and not to apologies offer a fee and nothing else.

I tried the Cantonese ramen bowl from Nom Yum restaurant and it was exquisite and delicious. I would definitely recommend it to others. The food was good and the presentation was pleasant as well.
My order is only 135 aed I make it COD I paid 208! And ask for customer chat telling me blah blah I called already to the restaurant it will be solved but it took time and I called the restaurant I ask if somebody from talabat called and they said no! In addition I had an order theu talabat mart but ther are missing items the rider didnt inform I paid whole bill clearly they are stealing money from their customers. People of UAE becareful PLEASE BECAREFUL WITH TALABAT THEY ARE SCAM!
