We ordered from 11 am and scheduled it to be delivered at 1 pm. quarter to 2 and we still haven't got the order, no update no nothing so we called the restaurant. Restaurant said pizza has been sitting for 2 hours waiting for a rider but no one has been assigned to it. Their reason was there was no driver suitable for our big order which were 5 boxes of pizza! Seriously? Only after we called the restaurant that someone from talabat contacted us. They only called once within the 3 hour time frame. For more than 2 hours there was no available near the area. With the 2 hour time span they did nothing to solve the issue. They has the audacity to tell us "we apologize for the SLIGHT DELAY, we will compensate you with 8 dhs." Ridiculous! The restaurant had to book for careem to have our order delivered.

The order started 7:18pm until 10:20pm no delivery and once I said to representative that if its not fresh he replied we will cancel the order after 165min waiting, then i received mail that they could reach me after several attempts and at meantime i chat with them more than 4 time. And yet I called the restaurant and reorder again and received it within 20min only

If you order as guest you will not be eligible for refunds they will steal you money this my experience after ordering more than 21 orders using their services 6 order without problems other 4 giving order to the wrong address 8 order waiting hours more than the estimated time and 2 orders cancelled from the delivery guys open arrival (cash payment only) and 1 order never received refund for 30 days

The food was ready for pick up at 7:30pm, 35 minutes after I ordered but Talabat did not show up to collect the food. When I finally got Talabat on chat at 8:30pm, they said they would send another driver to pick up food that was cooked one and a half hours before and it would probably not have reached me within two hours of being cooked. In the end, I canceled and received a refund, but no form of reparation was made. On the other end, the restaurant called and sent a freshly cooked order FREE OF CHARGE. If I could give 0 stars to Talabat, I would.

4 days ago I placed an order on Talabat and one of the riders told me he didn't have any change and took my 200 dhs. Until this day he has not come back with my 150 dhs change. Despite him telling me he would be 20 minutes. Talabat as a service have been horrendous in dealing with the situation and the "rider manager" has not even come back with a response to this. As a manager this should be of top priority and should ensure that a situation like this is dealt with immediately. It is theft, which is a crime, and Talabat are not taking it seriously which is an outrage. Here in Dubai I did not expect this kind of situation to happen.

Do not order from Talabat, Do not let this happen to you.

Its been more than 7 days, they deducted money from my account and haven't repaid and no customer service as well as no food.
Please don't trust them guys.

Its been late. Too late. And they are offering me AED8. I told the agent, I dont need your AED8, I am not a beggar. But he still credited it to my account. This is humiliating.

We have ordered 10 KFC Spicy twister with with Tomato, Lettuce (Order Number# *******) but we have received all twister without Tomato and also the food was quite cold. The expectations was high but result was not upto the mark..

My husband ordered the food from Layali Al Dahan, the restaurant handed over the order to Talabat rider and unfortunatly we never see our food, the order has been stolen, what a shame!
When we called the driver, first he said that he didn't receive the order from the restaurant and he said that they are bad. We called again to the restaurant and they confirmed that the rider received the order and left.
After our second call to rider, he spoke with us in very rude way and he said his leg is pain and that he not speak English, only Urdu.
We said we gonna call police for u,
He shouted " yes you call police no problem ".
What a shame!

The WORST APP EVER! I'm very disappointed in this app and the customer service
I don't recommend anyone to ever use this app
A huge waste of time and money as well
Very poor unprofessional staff and drivers
This chat feature in their app is useless and all the staff are under qualified and very rude
Also there is absolutely no connection between the drivers and the restaurants
It's far better to choose calling the restaurant directly than to choose this app
I even recommend banning this app from Egypt

I had very bad experience today with Talabt, I placed an order and made a payment but after waiting of 45 minutes approx Talabat cancelled my order and mentioned the reason items are not available. Whereas i requested them to deliver from other branche of the same restaurant but they denied. Even i mentioned you shouldn't accept the order without restaurants confirmation but they didn't accept it. I would highly recommend not to order from Talabat at all.
