I will never order from Thalabat and poor quality of the app. So many technical issues and when I raised it to the concern department no solution from Talabat team. Poor replies to the emails and no solution from there side. I will never recommend any person to order through Talabat and there are many options in the market to order foods with lot of discounts and with quality service.

This is how the food got delivered, they want to refund and they dont want to do anything about it, 3 hours waiting and till the moment no solution
Shameful really...!
Atleast I hope someone can respond to this reveiw and contact me and have some ownership
And an agent called Hadid literally hung up the phone on me0

Horrendous. I am so glad they are starting to loose customers. They is what they get for taking the food business lightly and making people hangry. Had my food come 2 hrs and a half late! Are u insane! 2 and a half hours?!

Basically a scam

Horrible, somewhat a scam,, probably money laundering too, no refunds no help no decent service overall delivery is bad, service is bad, app is broken, customer service workers are rude and disrespectful refunds are non existent, order and items are missing? Good luck you're scammed, food is bad or not as described or something is wrong? Good luck you're scammed too, payment gone wrong and talabat took your money? Good luck no money is back

Very late

I am very disappointed with talabat. I ordered from papa johns and my pizza was ready on the table for 1 hour and the talabat driver didnt pick my order from papa johns. So i canceled my order and will never order through talabat.

Talabat has the worst customer service ever. The past 3 or 4 orders I have made through them the order was more than 30 minutes late than the time originally provided. They couldnt care less. Nothing was done at all about the delay. Also, one time I was promised a refund to a product due to quality issues. Despite the fact that the promise was made through an email, they never provided the refund and each time I tried to reach them for it they just ignored my request. I will be DELETING THE TALABAT APP and will never use it again. Time to move on to another provider that understnacds the meaning of customer service!

I ordered food and talabat accepted my order, they took my money and every second they are changing the time of delivery from 20 min to 1h30 min, i called them to check the problem they said we don't have drivers… itsssss not my problem if u don't have drivers, simply don't accept orders and let people wait….
It was a veryyyyy bad experience and i will not use this unprofessional application anymore

I have ordered dinner with Talabat, as a first timer. Received order confirmation, have been informed, that my order is being prepared. After 28 minutes waiting I have received a call from a dispatcher, Mohamad Akarya to let me know, that there was an error and he is cancelling my order, I have to order it again. He was not at all apologetic, just informed me about the facts, that it is an error, not his error - telling me this with a laughter. He was rude and was not concerned for a second, that we had no dinner at 9.45pm. It is an awful company and will not be ordering ever again. They should pay someone with a brain to dispatch deliveries.

Pathetic service.

I placed an order for 107 aed and the money was deducted from my account immediately. An hour later, a rep from Talabat called to say the restaurant had not received my order so it would take another hour but the food will be delivered. Another hour later, I get a call from another rep saying the restaurant still hasnt received my order and payment. I was given the option to cancel the order and was informed that the money would be refunded in 5-7 working days.

I will not use the service again.

YET AGAIN! Yes again! They messed up the order then during the next 2 hrs after my order was placed promised to call me back. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Robotic, like they're reading off a script. Won't answer yes or no when I ask if I will receive a replacement order. Then ask ME to call THEM back in 15 mins if the order doesn't arrive again. Only for it never to be replaced anyway. The last time I waited 4 hours. Both occasions the order was just 1 small pizza for 1 person. I can't imagine how they'd cope with a big order. Voucher
April 30, 2023

Talabat had issued a voucher of AED 30 against a minimum purchase of AED 50 and the validity of the voucher mentioned was until 30th April 2023. While trying to purchase on 30th April 2023 I.e. Today morning for items worth AED 63.62, the voucher was not accepted and read voucher expired while checking out to complete the purchase.To my surprise when addressed my concern to Talabat customer care they mentioned that the voucher was valid for purchase before 30th April and not on 30th April.

Disappointing
July 9, 2018

For the second time in the row an hour after placing my order I contact the restaurant and they tell me that Talabat havent gave them my order I check my track your order on the app and it shows that my order has been placed I called Talabat and they blame the restaurant but my previous order was with another restaurant so the fault is definitely with Talabat. Terrible customer care very disappointing

My husband ordered the food from Layali Al Dahan, the restaurant handed over the order to Talabat rider and unfortunatly we never see our food, the order has been stolen, what a shame!
When we called the driver, first he said that he didn't receive the order from the restaurant and he said that they are bad. We called again to the restaurant and they confirmed that the rider received the order and left.
After our second call to rider, he spoke with us in very rude way and he said his leg is pain and that he not speak English, only Urdu.
We said we gonna call police for u,
He shouted " yes you call police no problem ".
What a shame!
Awful experience!
Never recommend to use this application!

I had ordered super limo pizza from pizza hut along with 2.25ml Pepsi i paid separately paid for the Pepsi but I got delivered only 300ml Pepsi and I asked for a replacement or refund and the agent said now they cant do and they don't have stock to replace.

Misleading...

It's my first time to order from Talabat and would be my last.
I know my area DWC is quite far and very less options of restaurants which deliver here. When i checked Talabat, they showed they are delivering to DWC area, i was happy and excited, ordered from Shanghai Station and they immediately accepted the order and prepared the food. After 1 hour, i got a call confirming my location, 2nd call telling that the food is on its way and 3rd call telling they cannot deliver as it's very far and they will cancel the order.

Amazing right! Well i don't want to elaborate more but i've never been this disappointed to add that you're really hungry and craving for something.

If you don't want to experience the same, call the restaurant directly (good lesson for me too)

Poor Talabat services

I ve placed an order then 40min later revived text order will be cancelled I called Talabat they say it restaurent who cancelled as driver called you but no answer however I didn't receive any call from anyone and why would it be cancelled without my permission! I ve called directly the restaurent this time they stated that Talabat canceled your order and they sent us a message!
When I called Talabat for solution they say it not us we can only refund so I was juggling in the middle within this poor service and would they canceled order after long period of time of waiting! And why you can't reorder it not my mistake it yours! The only solution is refund and do it all again that very unprofessional!

Worst service
June 21, 2017

I have placed order of add 66 and amount was debited from my account. After half an hour I got call stating my order is cancelled and your money will reunfd in 7 days. What in case if have only 70 dhs and the same was debited but food was not delivered and refunds will happen after 7days who wii bear the hunger pethatic service. Poor management
