I received my phone just days after I ordered it. It was fast. Packaging was also good. However, I did not get the phone I ordered. I emailed both the company which sold me the phone and Swappa. I received emails back from both entities within an hour or two. I had no problems getting a return postage paid label from seller company. I returned incorrect phone an got my Note 3 real fast, two day priority. So far the phone seems to be functioning without issue. And, the phone seemed to be brand new (I did buy a phone that was supposed to be in "mint" condition). Needless to say my teenage daughter is happy now.

This is because they include a reasonable fee on their prices to cover for shipping in the US, I guess shipping to Africa would come at a higher cost and they seem to be avoiding that for whatever reason. However, you can research and register for a freight forwarding company and have your orders shipped to them. In turn, these companies will forward your order to you when they receive it.
