I was scammed TWICE on eBay, before giving Swappa a try. All I wanted was to buy an iPhone and receive it as described. At first Swappa sounded like another to good to be true scam. But its the real deal! They verify every listing and have excellent condition used phones. I felt safe knowing the staff checked the phones ESN, and the comment system allowed me to negotiate a great price, and stay in contact with the seller. Would highly recommend using this site over eBay if you're looking to buy a mint previously owned phone for a great price! From now on, I will always use Swappa instead of eBay!

Very upset. Got what I tbought was a deal on a S5 phone in what was listed as a 32GB model that turned out to be improperly listed on Swappa.com but should have been listed as a 16GB model. Swappa rules and staff seriously need to require & or enforce pic posting prior to listing approval of label under battery with IMEI & or serial number blocked out. To prove your listing is as advertised.
