My son needed a phone as his last one got broken. I found Swappa to be better than other sites selling ohones, much more descriptive and plenty of pics. The phone came within a few days. It looks like it is in excellent condition. The seller also put in chargers and ear buds. I am very satisfied with my transaction with Swappa and the Seller Panda Electronics.
Tried putting a iphone on swappa had a few problems that were my fault you know getting used to the new system. After a few hours my account was deactivated for no reason and they won't respond to me. I am going back to ebay i'll pay the fees.
I've used Swappa for a couple sales. Their process to get listed is a little thorough. If you miss the slightest thing, it will delay the process and you'll have to go back and forth with their customer service team. None of that is why I'm leaving this review.
I'm leaving this review because their customer service team is absolutely atrocious. In particular, I spoke with a Jon. He thought it was the right thing to do to cop an attitude over an email in regards to my frustration with non-direct instructions on what needed to be done to get a listing approved. I proceeded to respond back matching his tone. Then, after he antogonized, I snapped and requested being passed to a manager (Lucas). Lucas proceeded to contradict himself with every word as he said I was the one at fault here, not his terrible team member. So, with that said, I will never use this terrible company again.
The purchase of my Samsung Galaxy S6 was flawless. Shipped same day and arrived as scheduled. Sold as "Mint;" arrived as MINT PLUS! Could not be happier. Dealer emailed me as to shipping and answered my question regarding transferring data from present cell.

I wanted to sell the phone quickly and put it out there at a great price to accomplish that. Within hours it was sold and on its merry way to the buyer. EBay is such a hassle and I just wanted to see results quickly and I'm sure if I listed it at the same price I'd still be waiting and waiting for it to be sold. I'll definitely recommend this site to anyone who wants to sell their phone. I'm sure I could have gotten more if I wanted to wait. My buyer got the deal of a lifetime. Good for him. I got the iPhone XS which I love. Too bad it cost me nearly $500.00 but Im happy.

This has been a great experience for me. I needed a reliable, quality phone but didn't want the 900$ flagship phone, a cheap prepaid phone or to take a risk with a used phone from an individual. Swappa is the perfect option for what I was looking for. I got a quality used phone for a great price, along with the peace of mind that what I bought was going to arrive as expected. I was shopping for only a few days for an iPhone 7 and had subscribed to follow any new postings making it super easy to watch for a device that fit my budget to show up. I have bought two iPhones from here and expect to sell & buy many more devices.
This was my first experience using Swappa, and everything went very smooth. The sale and payment process was very easy. The seller was polite, and available to answer my questions. The phone shipped in 2 days, and it was in better condition than expected, as it was only marked "fair" condition, but honestly looks barely used at all. This was an awesome experience, and I'll definitely be using Swappa again in the future.
I thought everything was going to be great because it seemed like Swappa made sure the phones being sold were good.
I received a phone where the headphone jack didn't work and paid my own money to get it fixed (the seller paid half) but the phone technician said the internal hardware was damaged because someone had already opened that phone before (which is against Swappa policy). I said I wanted to return the phone and I shipped it back and the seller said it was Damaged and would not refund my money.
Swappa did absolutely nothing to resolve this issue besides telling the seller to refund me. Nothing else. I had to resort to a PayPal dispute to get my money back. All Swappa said was that I should "leave a bad review on the seller's profile" so they obviously let this guy continue to sell on their platform. I will never trust their site again.
My cell phone was stolen just before a holiday trip, so I needed a replacement fast. I learned about Swappa from a work colleague who had a successful experience. I wasn't disappointed. The site offers pics of the product along with ratings from both previous consumers and from the managers of the website to help guide the customer's decision. Vendors are vetted, rates are competitive. The sale was quick and easy, and the product was received exactly as described. I will never again buy a phone anywhere else.
First time using site. Had a very good experience. The phone I bought was exactly as listed and the seller was very quick with shipping. The site itself confused me a little because I didn't know what a Paypal confirmed address is, but they did have an explanation on the site.
