My experiences with swappa have all been great. Every product I've purchased have served their purpose. I'm skeptical about second hand products, but through swappa, the transition is made with a certain since of security and transparency, that puts my mind at ease. I'm waiting on them to offer other electronic avenues, such as televisions, game consoles, and etc.

Staff was nice and very professional at what they do. Such a great business to trade, buy, and sells amazing tech gadgets. Good customer service; the Sellers are exceptional as well. Love this website.

Original purchased phone had weird signal problem detected after two week trial period. Seller took it back regardless, confirmed problem and sent me a different phone stat! Works great. Nice to know everyone's on side of buyer!

Swappa guides you through every step of the process when you buy a phone on this website. Sellers and buyers are rated by those they have transactions with to establish credibility. I was provided a tracking number, my phone arrived quickly in great condition.

Great way to find gently used electronics. Navigating the site is easy. They have an impressive selection. I had no issues at all with my purchase of an iPhone 6 but they provide support and will mediate the transaction if needed.

I have purchased at lease 6 phones using swappa.com. Each deal has been satisfactory in delivery and quality. There is an underlying fabric of integrity in buying and selling on the site. The users propagate that atmosphere with every honest deal. Also, transactions go smoothly thanks to PayPal.

LOVE Swappa! I have had to purchase many phones (mostly for my mom who is elderly, she kept losing them:-)) Purchased about 7 phones total -- excellent prices, reliable and honest sellers (minus 1). Always got the phone within 5-7 days. I don't know what I would do without Swappa!

Ever since hearing about swappa I wanted to test it out. I've bought and sold phones on here with no hassles. There fees are a lot cheaper than eBay and straight forward. Their verification process to verify listings is secure and simple too.

Great site, stayed right on top of transaction, minimal fee for buyer to cover. Experts at being sure device is what you thought it would be and the condition you sought. Much less hassle than eBay transaction for example where most sellers will stand behind product. But possible hassles.

Bought a "used" Samsung Galaxy 6 phone. Seller rated it 9 out of 10, but it's absolutely like brand new. Plus it arrived even quicker than the speedy promised date. This was my first experience with Swappa and I highly recommend the site.

The buying experience was perfect. I could choose from great phones that were in good shape, and the prices were reasonable. No more 2-year contracts or $600 lease options (where you give your phone away, if it survived) for me. From now on, it's Swappa!

I'll never buy used electronics anywhere else - lots of pricing details and history on your item - Swappa does all the homework for you so you can get a fair price. They won't accept broken or icloud locked phones so no worries there either. Very highly recommend

Bought and sold electronics on the site. Easy to find what you need, can negotiate with sellers and buyers, transactions are well documented and good how-to's to make sure they go smoothly. Feels much better than eBay, but I hear it's very difficult to resolve a transaction that has gone awry. PayPal helps, but nothing perfect.

Do your homework when shopping, as you would when buying any used product. The site allows for questions, both public and private, has seller reviews of prior sales, shows the trending sell prices. Remember, if it looks too good to be true, it is. Ive not made 3 purchases off swappa and am 100% satisfied with all three. Great site for your tech needs!

Hands down best site when searching for or selling used phones. I've sold and bought around 10 devices. While there might be issues with the buyer/seller, Swappa is a great marketplace/platform to make it happen. They are also very quick to respond when you request assistance.

Must admit I was nervous for my first Swappa sale. But with better prices than eBay, gazelle, and every other resale or trade in option, it was worth the risk. So glad that I did. Smooth transaction, fast payment. Will definitely use this service again soon.
