Staff worked so hard to ensure that buyers feel safe buying phones and sellers use the right methods of ensuring adequate information was given on their phone/product. I love the timed Process swappa created from item being shipped to tracking info to receiving and marking complete which included their check list. I was going to buy my iPhone 6 on eBay then one day I got frustrated with the options and Googled buy iPhone 6 and swappa popped up, I looked at reviews, was quite impressed and the rest is history. And mind you I'm not even in the US but I used my US shipping address to get my phone wherever I am!

I got a gently used Asus Zenwatch 2 from a seller on Swappa. I felt safer buying from there than ebay or amazon because they require photos, descriptions, and look over listings before they're posted. I feel like sellers are also less likely to get screwed over with swappa than other sites as well because they provide documentation of the condition of what they're selling as well. My transaction went smoothly and quickly and I'm now a happy zenwatch 2 owner!

Every step of the guided process was carefully controlled and administrated by the Swappa.com staff. I felt they only worked for me and this seller through the process. They were forward thinking in their responses, and highly attentive to the fact that I was a customer, who may be back for repeat business, and you know what, I will. To tell you they were efficient or exact is not enough. I heard of them through a telephone company salesperson when inquiring about a new used phone.
I bought a new New phone and saved about 400$ in the process. Timing is everything, what they said they would do in a prescribed amount of time, 2 to 3 days, they did. Again, they were exceptional in every aspect of identifying and purchasing the correct instrument from someone I did not know.
I was shopping for a Samsung Gear S2 on Swappa. After a few days, a new post came up, the description was good and the price great. I clicked Buy Now, and within a few hours I received a shipping notice, two days later it arrived just as described.
Seamless -- I like buying on Swappa because its other phone heads and they take care of their phones -- Wish there more private sellers. If I wanted to buy from a company I could it in person
