I was very impressed with Swappa. They do so much to ensure the transaction is safe, truthful, and fast. I was so pleased after ordering my iPhone 5s 64gb (gold). That was the exact phone I wanted and I got it for a great price! I received the phone within 5 days of ordering it, which was fast! Also, a great plus about swappa is the price of the device includes shipping and handling, which is just a convenient plus. That makes it easy when looking at products from price low to high because you know the shipping is included in that price. Swappa also sent me a few emails while my purchase was in transit to ensure the process was going smoothly. VERY impressed with swappa. I will definitely be ordering from swappa again when buying a new device and will most likely sell through swappa. They are trustworthy, efficient, and economical. Thrilled with my order.

I've bought 2-3 phones already from Swappa and each time has been a great experience. The first time I purchased a phone was because my original dropped and cracked the screen, as was the second time as well.
This time, my LG G3 sim card reader stopped working. I absolutely loved the phone and didn't want a different one. It's been almost 2 years since I purchased it at the AT&T store, so there are no new LG G3's. This leaves you with the used market area.
I went back to trusty Swappa and found another LG G3 in the same color and everything. It was priced well and I knew I could trust them to vet the device before I bought it. Seller was a trusted business, which had my device to me in 2 business days. As always, A+ experience.

Swappa has become my go-to for acquiring development hardware for my mobile start-up. The prices are right where they should be and the extra care Swappa takes in vetting the items is a HUGE help in avoiding the "Ebay Surprise". On the very rare occasions where I have run into an issue or a question, they have had stellar support staff.
Bottom line, i came to swappa to buy a quality device. 3 separate unrelated issues were discovered after sale that were not disclosed in the item description. A) spots on the LCD B) receiver quality issue C) battery not properly holding charge.
To me that seems to be exactly opposite of what you advertise :(

Customer service is very prompt and were very helpful in trying to resolve a failed transaction (was PayPal's fault). This is even a good place to gauge a price on certain items. If a sale pops up on SD, I usually go here to see whether or not that sale is worth it.
