Excellent experience. Seller was extremely prompt, paid by 10:45 am, was mailed priority the same day. Phone has operated flawlessly, and was in even better condition than advertised. I was apprehensive buying used on the internet but I can't think of a smoother way for this transaction to have gone. Very, very impressed.

They delivered on their promise. They have a strict criteria and check out sellers and every item that comes through Swappa.com.

Not so good. And then another. Again, yuck. So, I thought about buying a used device of equal quality and my search brought me to Swappa. Buying a used hi-tech device online did not seem like a very smart idea but it was the only way I was going to get a phone close to what I was looking for at a price I could live with. So, I dove off the deep end and purchased a Samsung Note 4. The entire transactional experience was a very pleasant surprise. You have actual pics of the product, real message interaction with the seller, unvarnished seller reviews, AND the support of the Swappa team in the background keeping an eye on and assisting throughout the entire process. It was great and I love my new/used Note 4. Swappa's definitely got it going on. I won't hesitate to use and recommend them again. In fact, I've just received my second device through them this week. A flawless iPad 3. Another excellent transaction and a very satisfied customer. I've gotta thank Swappa for making that happen.
