Had a little trouble at first sending a comment due to being unable to get PayPal: verification, which as it turned out, wasn't even necessary to communicate with seller. My bad! Other than my inexperience, everything went perfectly. I cannot blame eBay for the transaction of a seller, but I will say that I had a better buying experience on Swappa than I did on eBay. I knew the possibility of being scammed was there, when it came to buying a phone, but I decided to try and see what experience I would have. Unfortunately, I was given a false item, but fortunately was able to get my money back through eBay's "money back guarantee" program. I heard of Swappa through word of mouth. After checking out FAQ's on Swappa, and surfing the site, I felt more at ease. I went with someone with a good track record, and made my purchase. All is well, and I am very pleased with my purchase. I will be shopping there again, when I am itching for a new upgrade.
I used this site on a recommendation from a friend. I had just purchased a used phone on ebay and once I received it found that it was an unsaleable unit because it had a balance due on the phone... I had to get a refund! Anyways, I got on swappa for about 30 min, and found exactly what I was looking for! Easy to sign up and use! Even the app works great. I had an Apple Watch from 9/15 to 4/16 and decided to sell it because it was the gold version and I wanted to switch bands but was kind of limited on looks. I found this site through the internet and after a couple days of monitoring, (subscribed to Apple watch section) I was able to make a purchase for what I wanted. The seller was able to get the device out even on a holiday weekend and I now have the device and I am very pleased. The Swappa site is awesome and I am glad I found it. No simple paint by the numbers demo of process[steps] to rate transaction and close out transaction. Paypal customer service is a ***expletive deleted*** disaster if you sell phones on the site and try to get your funds. I had to set up a separate account to receive funds and it still is not correct. It is very easy to buy through paypal giving them a credit card number. Your experience for the buyer was very very good. Leave a phone number and I will tell you about it.
