I was very happy to find swappa. I've had an iPhone 4 for six years and it finally became too slow for me to continue using it. I decided to make the switch to Samsung but really did not want to invest over $500 in a new phone. I'm glad to be able to buy a used phone, as it's more environmentally friendly, and of course, cheaper. This phone arrived in 2 days and was exactly as described. I don't care about having the latest model so it was perfect for me. I appreciate the Swappa website over eBay because it seems the staff are more involved in making sure the phones are legitimate

Swappa just works. I have used it on 3 separate occasions, each time with great success! The site creates an honest and friendly environment for bartering and negotiating fair deals for electronic devices (phones, tablets, etc) - whats cool is that you can negotiate with more than just currency - ie, trade devices, offer gift cards, etc (however I have always personally just paid $). It leaves both the buyer and seller happy. In my experience the item descriptions have been accurate and the communication has been top notch. Will continue to use for future purchases.
I bought a used phone from Swappa, it was my first time using the service so I was a little nervous about buying a used cell phone. The process couldn't have been easier, I found one I liked, paid through PayPal, the seller shipped the phone the same day and as it wasn't far away I received it the following day. Hooked it up to my account and am using the phone now. It came as described and works perfectly.

This was my first time using Swappa and I have to say I was extremely satisfied! MH Phones was great to do business with, my iPhone came promptly. It was exactly as described and would recommend MH Phones and Swappa to everybody. As a side note, I went to get gas at my regular gas station and the guy asked about my phone because he saw my old, cracked phone. I told him about the site and he said he was going to go on there because he needed a new phone! Thanks guys!

I have bought three phones and sold one on the Swappa site. It is a place where you can save hundreds of dollars on a phone. The transaction fee of $10 is very reasonable and there is quick response from the Swappa team when I had bought a phone and the customer hadn't shipped it in a reasonable time. I ended up having to cancel that order although that had to be done through Paypal. Once it was resolved and the money put back into my account, Swappa immediately refunded me the service charge without having to ask. The website makes it easy to see the phone you are buying and you are able to look for the best deals on a phone that you would like to get. I highly recommend anyone looking for a cell phone to give Swappa a whirl.
