This site is nothing short of the best, I am so happy I found this website and have been enjoying it since. So many things to chose from, I sit here on my computer and shop and all I do is" hit add to my bag " before I know it I have 20 idems I added and I just have to have them all, and I do... all the garments are well taken cared of in good condition and will tell you otherwise if so by the seller, How could you not buy from this site. I've been surprised at the good quality of everything I have ordered...& then when I see how inexpensive it is, well, I wish I had been able to purchase clothes this way for many more years!
Out of all the clothes I purchased, I only returned 2 items that were the wrong fit---we all know that every company does not manufacture EXACT fits, right?
But, with no effort I printed a return slip, and dropped the box off at FedEx with No Fuss, no Muss... and got a store credit.

I love this site. Everything I have bought is in great condition, you would mistake it for new. I've bought an anthropology dress and jcrew shorts with tags on, for next to nothing. I would highly recommend this site.
I have bought 4 pairs of shoes at Swap. Items came quicky, in excellent shape and the prices are amazing. I have become a big of this site and I share all this information with coworkers, friends and family.
I just recently was told of this site and have placed several orders and was pleasantly surprised at the quality and price. Everything I have ordered has been very nice and wonderful condition as described. I like everything I have received. You don't need to be sceptable, you will be pleased.
I'm a grandmother raising my 2 grandchildren 5 yrs and 1yr old. I find SWAP.com so easy to shop comes right to my door. The price's are great and the article's are packaged so well, and great quality you can see how selective you are. I love the site and will be a forever customer.
You get nothing for the clothes you send. They reject some and if you resend it gets accepted. I'm not dealing with that for 5 bucks a sale if that. They are making money and I'm not. Its not worth it, I would rather donate it to the needy. At least they need my stuff.
I have been a long time shopper at SWAP. In the last year or so prices have increased, quality has decreased or you have quality, but you pay outrageous amounts! Shipping and processing of order is beyond ridiculous; just got two pieces from an order that is a month old! Random refunds, but they give you no idea what is being pulled from your order. And, I really think that they have some strange thing that allows your items that you've purchased to be bought by someone else. JUST NEVER DOING THIS AGAIN! Too many other options to have to more outrageous money for lower quality, longer waits and piss poor service.
Shopping with Swap Shop is so easy and fun. I have had wonderful service with them.

Compared to thred up, this is a nightmare. The prices are inconsistent. Ive seen prices more than in the store. Example. Geranimals sell at walmart for 3.88 new and on site priced at 7.88. Prices went up signiificanty. They change daily. No online support.
I purchased to winter coats and both were perfect condition. I bought two winter coats for two kids for less than $25. One would have retailed for $100+ at kohls. I won't pay full retail as long as this site available.
I placed my first order for 3 items. When I got them they were better then the pictures, I'm in Love with Swap. I just placed my 2nd order and I will be getting 9 Items for under 80.00. Can't wait for them to come! Thank You, Swap
I'm so glad that I was referred to this site! I LOVE it! I have sold so many items that my walk in closet I can actually "WALK" in. Best of all, the money is directly sent to my account. And and and, you can return anything for FREE! You just get a RMA label online, print and take to post office. BAM!
I ordered baby items have everyone i ordered and they put idem i didn't order in my order. I disputed it and they were closed but got things not mine together and sent out. Terrible untrusted site look up 8 untrusted retailers there number 1. They don't have product they advertise and send other items in there place. Thank god for pay pal.
I have been with swap since it was a media swap site. It went through several changes from ripping off at its height with you sending in a box full of
Clothes and getting a fair amount for your clothing based in the prices you set. Now swap
Keeps 80%of most sales. This is because they now control and set the prices. This compounded with the fact that the suresell feauture, which used to allow you to sell your item directly to swap for a lot less, is now down to about a dime per item.

I accepted the terms but swap ensured me the new model would be more financially beneficial. I'd be better off donating my things. It seems to me that swap now has a means to incentivize the sure sell feature by offering such a low commission. I wonder what they're doing with all our nice clothes they offered us 1" cents a piece for?
They have a ton of options in all different sizes, colors, and brands! I literally shop there at least once a week!
I HAVE NOT sold to Swap, however. This review is of their site from a BUYER'S perspective!
I have sent many boxes to swap, the items that I send in are barely worn clothes that my son grows out of before they can really be worn. The last box I sent was one of the few that didnt have new with tags items in it and of course swap rejected the box and charged me a $10 fee plus they are still collecting inbound freight charges on top of that. If the clothes you send in dont have tags or aren't super high end you get hit with fees. Just for example the items I sent in were things like Under Armour, Nike, Ann Taylor, Levis... so they weren't cheap items. Customer service send a generic email saying they would take note about my experience and that's it. This site is such a RIP off I dont not recommend.

I was searching online for clothing for my grandchildren in Europe. Everything they needed was out of season and difficult to find; out of despair I typed into my browser exactly what I was looking for. Up popped the usual stores that I had already checked out along with SWAP.COM which I had never heard of. So I ventured to the site, and immediately found several of the items I had previously & unsuccessfully looked everywhere to locate. I was so excited, I sent a link to the site to my children to check out for the grandchildren and they also were so excited the perused your site for quite sometime!

THEY STOLE MY GOOD clothes I sent years ago! I HAVE NOT SEEN A DIME or heard from them! They lie and bs and take your items. There is no consigning. They just steal and they're gone. I hope you're smart enough to shop online elsewhere. Use retail stores only. Not sites you can't go to.

Answer: I have only placed one order so far. I ordered 10 blouses. I returned 5, due to size issues. All 10 blouses were nice, but 5 did not fit quite right due to different manufacturer's. You need to get an RMA # for returns. I was promptly refunded my money for the 5 blouses. I would order again in the future. I am not aware of any return quantity restrictions. Hope this helps.
Answer: If you want to sell clothes, all the information is on their website. Basically, they get a percentage and then they pay you thru an existing PayPal account that you set up.

Answer: Same here, I sent a box in June and have received nothing nothing saying it was accepted or rejected absolutely nothing. I've sent 5 emails and nothing. I will be contacting the better business bureau as well.
Answer: I don't think so. I've sold and from my experience it varies. The things that I thought would sell first, haven't sold yet. It varies by what people are looking for at the time. I've bought all different seasons at random times. I buy by what's a great deal. When selling, group like items together. I've noticed multiple things sell first.

Answer: There's no way for them to go over prices. They have to see the items and determine from going over it, if it's acceptable, once it's accepted, then you have to determine the price you want to sell it for. You could try searching on their site for similar items and see what they are priced at. I did notice when pricing my items that I'd get a little notice with recommended prices, which was very helpful. I didn't have a good experience selling but many others have. Make sure you take pictures of your items, that's very important. I appreciated that their site is set up to allow you to take back your items if you changed your mind about selling them. I'm in the process of getting back my items. Hopefully it works out well and I get all my items back.
