I recently purchased some clothes for an upcoming trip. Everything came on time as expected, the clothes fit perfectly and the prices couldn't be better! I wish there was a better way to tell how long/short some items are but other than that the condition and clothes were as promised on the website.
www.swap.com is a wonderful site to get quality brand name gently used, some new clothing. I love Coldwater Creek clothing which is no longer in business. Swap.com has a lot of their brand as well as other brands. Checkit out! My Order arrived quickly and was exactly as pictured and described. I intend to shoptheir site often.
If you're looking to gamble regarding used clothing, then Swap.com is for you.
Maybe it's me, but when I buy clothing that is in used, but good, condition, I expect that there are no tears in the seams.
Maybe it's me, but when I expect to buy women's sized clothing, I expect that it's not juniors sized clothing.
Maybe it's me, but when I look for a specific size, I expect that the size I get will reflect the size that was stated in the ad.
I have yet to be pleased with my purchases, and rather than return them, I will donate them to a charity and simply not buy from Swap.com again.
Sticking to eBay.

Sent box to them and half of the clothes they listed are NOT my clothes so what happened to my clothes? And they don't give you 70% of your sales it's a joke don't waste your time sending in clothes to this place such a scam!
Swap.com is one of the easiest web sites I have have shopped on. I have ordered several products and have been very pleased with what I have received and customer service is great. I tell all my family and friends about Swap.

I have purchased many items from SWAP.COM and have had to return some, for various reasons. Their return policy is like NO OTHER. Just print out the label. And it was gone. I love the savings on kids clothes. They grow way too fast to buy expensive cloths and wear them less than a yr. THANKS SWAP.COM LOVE YOU

I ordered a few things for my grandson and I was thrilled at what I discovered when I opened the box. Everything was wrapped professionally and was excellent quality. The items were exactly as described.
I sent my items to Swap.com and found out it takes 30 days to process. OK fine. Finally get an email stating my items had been added to my account. Well come to find out they added my items and someone else's items all to my account. The items I sent in, I did not have a detailed list of and considering they don't usually accept all the items. How am I supposed to know which items they sent to donate, which items correctly got added to my account and which items were incorrectly not added to my account. I sent them multiple emails asking for a good faith move on their part to make it right. So far, I have only gotten more emails back saying I have to provide them with a list of items that I sent. Nice job swap.com, nice job.
This company has a GREAT selection! I click on my grandson's size, click the manufacturer my daughter likes and displayed in front of me are pages of beautiful, like-new clothes! I save time by shopping on my phone instead of going to the store. I don't have to dig through multiple sizes to get to his size. The clothes literally look like they're BRAND new. I've shopped for my daughter when she was pregnant, and now I shop for my grandson. I haven't had to return a single item. The descriptions are perfect. I love swap.com. I just received my first purchase from Swap.com and I was very impressed. I assumed most of the items were used but all of my choices looked brand new. From Thinsulate gloves to cardigan sweaters to a cute pair of Hello Kitty inline skates in pristine condition, everything exceeded my expectations. To top it off the prices were exceptional!
I sent in a box of items to sell on Swap. They received it May 8th. I have not heard a damn thing back despite inquiries... They are over whelmed is the response I get. Its August 17th and I want my box back... nothing from them.

I was considering selling my stuff to Swap, but after reading the reviews looks it is an awful place to sell. However, the majority of buyers are happy and getting a good deal. So good place to buy and an awful place to sell.

With swap.com, I can run a search for the item I'm looking for and know that I'm dealing with a reputable business. I ordered shirts for a child, and the sizes were as marked. He loves them, and so do I!
