I was searching for over a week to get the best rate for my sister's birthday getaway and Super.com was the best website hands down! Booking my room was so easy and everything was seamless.
Be aware the company is a scam. I booked a luxury hotel with them in Jan of 2023 for August of 2023. They reserved a hotel two grades below then one I reserved, got a confirmation and paid for. They do not respond to email, and once I reached them over the phone do require information from me which I cannot provide such as a fake hotel bill what the originally booked hotel would have cost me if I would have upgraded on the spot when I checked in. The upgrade wasn't possible due to the hotel being completely booked. I stayed at the lower grade hotel because of that.
The hotel showed me that súper travel had reserved the wrong hotel from the beginning,
So far no refund received, I involved BBB and will go to small claim court next.
DO NOT BOOK OR RESERVE YOUR VACATION WITH THEM.
Please note that they will answer to this review that they need the booking number, but that is a standard fake response which make them look they care, but they won't follow up with the complaint at the end.
I booked with Super.com thinking I was getting the best price possible when in reality they were choice $20+ more than the actual hotel! When I called to ask them about this, they said they add on a 'small margin to cover costs' therein meaning they charge more than if I were to book at the actual hotel. They also told me since my reservation was non refundable, they could not price match or cancel it albeit having booked in less than an hour into my discovery. Worst service and will not be recommending or using them again.
It was really easy to book through Super and their price was great.
My experience with super travel was great, however the Hilton hotel customer service was very poor, they couldn't find my booking, I had paid everything upfront, they insisted I hadn't, I had to show my bank statement and the date I paid, even though I had invoice from Super travel, Hampton by Hilton was difficult, made me deposit £50 despite paying £210.96. I was told my card was declined, very embarrassing, if my card was declined why do I have a paid invoice and email confirmation?. It took about 45mins to track my booking and checked in. A lot of guests had issues too, not with super travel but Hampton by Hilton Ashford.
After a long journey nobody needs poor stressful check-in,

I had never heard of this site, but I couldn't stand paying full price for the Hard Rock hotel who jacked up the price just for a concert. Got a great deal on Super and everything was so simple! No extra charges except resort fee, which i knew about in advance. Could not have been a better experience. Will use it again in the future!

I booked with Super for a one night stay. When I arrived at the hotel, they said there was an issue where immediately upon booking, Super rebooked for a different room (a single bed instead of two). This was likely a computer issue, and the hotel helped us get our original room. I gave the feedback to Super - and did not hear back for ONE MONTH. At that time, they asked me to get proof from the hotel that the issue had occured before they could help me further. Ridiculously poor service response time. I will not use them again.
Finding and booking hotel was easy. We received voucher and info via text and everything was as expected upon arrival at hotel.
Booking was easy, saved as usual with Super.com and the hotel was more than we expected. Perfect location, room, kid friendly pool, breakfast. Highly recommend!
Do not ever book here! They took my husband's money twice...I called them and they said they wud call back in 20 mins and never called! They give u a conformation # but your card says your card was declined when all along it went thru! Do not book! They r scammers!

I booked a room for 3 people but after payment went through, I found out they reserved a room for 2 people. I contacted the customer service but they ditched me. Finally I contacted the property they stated that this is fraud you should pay us extra fee. Because they just deceived you. I had no choice. I followed the case with many different people in super.com but there is no response. I recommend everyone to be careful to deal with this people. It is fraudulent organization for sure
We had a booking at rove at the park in dubai last sept.30 and check put oct. 1 and its PAID ALREADY when i reach at the hotel with my family i was suprised there is no booking under my name i even call the customer service and refer me to the urgent care team which is useless name REBECKA ROLLO not even helping us or answering my emails for the refund which i dont use. Even the support chat of customer service is useless. I will not recommend to use this Super.com or else if something happen to ur booking u will never get any support from them and not cooperative. NEVER EVER USE Super.com

I made the reservation five months in advance and when I arrived at the hotel everything was fine, as I agreed.

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on

They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
