Super.com saved me over $150 on my room. Tru Hilton was a great hotel with great amenities. Fantastic fruity liquid soap, hand wash, shampoo, conditioner. Free coffee breakfast tea all day long in lobby. Go there!
Unable to check in because reservation not on file. They kept saying it will be escalated repeatedly. So I had to take matters into my own hands and book directly with the hotel. Now working to get a refund and they're still saying it's getting 'escalated'. Not worth saving the money, better to save the hassle and book with better third parties than booking with this terrible company.
For saving money, they are perhaps the best travel website and I've used dozens of various travel sites. I travel weekly. I've never had an overbook or stay issue. ** However, their customer service is not very good at all. You may wait a couple of hours to reach someone. When you do, you can tell they are in another country. But they don't seem to have any knowledge in resolving problems. They just give repeated statements with no research effort. One problem I had since they changed from Snaptravel to Supertravel is the earned $$ you accumulate from your stays. It's connected to your phone #. They now mandate you download their app in order to use those funds you've earned. The app never sends out 4-digit text message to confirm my phone number. Customer Service says it's my phone. The Geek squad at Best Buy went through my phone and other messages and says it is Super.com's app communication that is having the problem. The website can confirm the number and sends me texts all the time (same company). Almost seems like they are trying to keep me (customer) from using my earned $$. It worked fine on the mobile website. Customer Service manager says "no, you have to use a different phone number." I asked why? She said because your phone doesn't work. Sound fishy? The earned $$ is tied to the number that I've been using. If enough people make noise about it they will have to do something.
Again, discounted lodging = the best. Customer service and web support = the bottom.
Needed a room last minute. With Super, I found what I needed from a large variety of rooms, paid, got my receipt and checked in with no problem.
Booked a hotel room online and requested a ground floor room due to the fact that I am physically handicapped. Hotel contacted me that they did have the room available, but that I had to change the room type in my reservation, which was actually offered cheaper than my original booking. So, I contacted Super.com via chat and asked if they could assist in making this change, which they were not willing to do! Room was available, hotel was okay with it, but in the end they wanted me to cancel the original booking (the hotel offered free cancellation), then refund me $100.- less and make a new reservation. Outrageous! I called their customer service department and there I got the same story!
They do not allow you to modify in case something goes wrong, most of their bookings are non-refundable, I heard poor reviews from others with experiencing travel with super travel. This is really bad business especially for some who is homeless, and optionless, I can even correct my booking date from tomorrow, to today. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I was out of town and needed a Last minute room.
Called a few hotels, prices were really high and I only needed 1 night. Never heard of Super.com took a chance and so glad I did. They saved me close to 100$ and within mins I had a great room in a embassy suites, free cook to order breakfast, comfy beds, great pillows and at 9pm they even had a restaurant and bar open. Great food BTW.
Will definitely use this site again!
I checked out of my hotel a day early I tried to call your customer service to get my money back and the weight was 60 people long. I emailed you three days ago no response. I'm never booking from this site ever again because you have no customer service. You never sent me a confirmation email. You never told me if my hotel was actually reserved when I booked it and then when I checked out early, I could not get my money back because I booked it through you and not directly at the hotel. Next time I'll go straight to the hotel where I can actually get customer service.
This is the first time I have used this booking service. It was very user friendly and straight forward. Much simpler than other services I have used. Bravo!
I used super.com to book a hotel room for a night and they were great. The price of the room was what I wanted to pay and they made everything easy and accessible. Great service.
I rented a room for 4 nights on the 3rd night all my stuff is in lobby closet in bags. They threw my groceries away. And the hotel was charging me extra for non payment. I paid my room in full upon reservation. Hotel stated that no payment was ever received. I was out of a room for hours no response from this site. I had my children hungry and exhausted. I still continued reaching out I ended up having to pay again for my stay because they never replied or sent hotel proper documents stating it was paid for. Annoying frustrating and still can't get resolved! Never using this untrustworthy site ever again. Not recommended. If you like to gamble this might be the site for you.
Went to Comfort Inn and asked if they had double bed room available for the following night and they said no. I Googled rooms available for the following night and that comfort inn shows up under super.com! It was not only the cheapest rate in comparison to all other sites, but it was fast easy and safe and got me the room not even the hotel itself could provide!
I was new to Super.com, found a great deal on a hotel I was looking at in Dublin. Will definitely use again.

We reserved a room on super.com. The fee was a little over $35 with tax. They then charged $120. Then, when we got to the hotel they charged us again. Super.com representative said "there's nothing we can do"
Be ready to pay a monthly fee for life or spend an entire day getting out of your subscription. Can only call to cancel and I spent an hour and a half and still didn't get a live person. Was sent to second line and #30 in THAT queue.

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on
Answer: They are a horrible company and with horrible customer service. They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
Answer: It's a joke! They say they will connect you with a Specialist and then the same person emails you giving you the run around. They're still "investigating".
