I always make the booking through this site. No issues until I cancelled the fully refundable booking. I made the 2 fully refundable bookings and cancelled it within half an hour. I got charged £40 per booking. It hasn't mentioned anywhere there is a fee to pay. That defeats the purpose to make fully refundable booking and don't get the full refund. I would never use them again. Not reliable at all when comes to pay the refund.i am so disappointed that they have deducted £40 on each booking.I would never use them again.

Generally the cheapest site for hotels when I'm traveling. On the road 25 days a month and use Super as much as possible. Nothing bad to say.

My partner and I were on our way back from our Arizona road trip and needed to get a last-minute room booked that was affordable but at a decent hotel. I've managed to luck out with a few other providers but Super was the only one which had the price I was looking for and at a good hotel.

The room we ended up with had a max price of $599 but we secured it for $100. Really surprised because I had never heard of this service before. Look out names like Priceline because Super is going to be giving you a run for your money

I used the service 1 time and now they keep charging my bank $14.99 for the past 2 Mos. I did not sign up for a service that was a recurrent charge. I want my money back!

The check out process was confusing and I was asked twice to submit indicating that I was not a bot. So I did. I have no idea why the page would have appeared a second time, as I had already submitted it. The company was not at all helpful in correcting the error, citing the language on the website that nothing could be changed after I submitted.
I've never had this kind of problem before, but then I've never used Super.com before. I will never use them again. I think their process was deliberately deceptive.

Booked 2 night hotel for a trip via Super.com. Called the hotel for a confirmation and the hotel failed to find the reservation. Super.com said the "middle agency" didn't make the booking, and refuse to do a refund because of the policy.
I asked what is the company policy if the hotel can't find the reservation when I arrive, all the CS said they are not able to assist me and directly cut me off from the chat...So rude and unprofessional. AVOID at all cost.

Booked a room at certain rate paid with credit card then they said it wasn't that rate no more kept going up 5 times they charged and uncharged my card each time a little more impossible to get threw then last charge they say it will take couple days to get back place is ridiculous don't ever use it ever

0 STARS -WORST COMPANY EVER.- DO NOT BOOK. They take your money, cancel your room and leave you with the stupid.com chat agents that have 0 idea what they're doing. I was told I was definitely getting a refund 3 TIMES and then nothing came through. I have sent 30+ emails and no one has been in touch. Apparently someone 'tried to call me' which is bull because I received no call. They have no idea what they're doing. SCAM SITE AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER,CUT YOU OFF WHILST SPEAKING TO THEM.

I booked through super because the price was significantly lower then any other travel website and even the hotel website "with discounts". I'm not going to lie I was very skeptical from past reviews however when I arrived everything was set for my booking and I had relief. The hotel did mention they could see that I booked from a third party website and that I wouldn't get points from my stay but it was worth the price compared to all of the other options.
