I booked for 2 days at a hotel booked via super.com. I had to check-out early as I had some personal situation (some medical condition) for which we decided to check-out after 1 day (instead of 2 days). Before doing any action, I checked with Hotel and they confirmed that I can do that without any penalty or charge. I got a bill from Hotel showing me 1 day of stay.
Super never refunded my money. They first told be to share the invoice from the hotel to prove that I stayed for 1 day and they told to show medical certificate of my condition. This is quite unethical.
There is nowhere written in the cancellation policy that I have to provide these details. Moreover, when I talked to chat agent multiple times, they were not supportive at all.
Either Supers policy should clearly state that any change is not refundable, even if hotel says OK or Super should return the fund that customer is eligible, especially when Hotels are getting paid for the duration of stay and not the duration of booking.
I will never ever recommend such unethical platform, especially when the price comparison is not much and other available platform are more established and ethical.
To add to that they are providing coupons which are also tricky. You have utilize that within 2/3 weeks and who do you think will book another hotel within next 2/3 weeks. It is almost a prank played to the customer.
Best Western in Bandera Texas was fun to stay in and Super found place for me. Lowest price in town Comfortable and clean. Had a bar in the lobby with great finder food. Right in the middle of restaurants and shopping. Bandera is a jewel in the Texas hill country. Even met tourists from England.
BEWARE! Websites states if you see less expensive price, to cancel and rebook. Flexibilty is key. They stole 13.00. And all they can do is say Im sorry and not give me a reason.(over and over again) i had 140.98 credit and they only gave me 127.47.

They will not refund booking in event of death in the family. We booked the night my daughter died, afyet 11 hours of driving, didn't relize that we were booking next day as we needed a room after midnight. When we go to the hotel we could check in till 4 pm, it was 12:45 am, so I purchased another room after manager said I could get a refund from super.com. Well that didn't happen sent death certifacate as they request for refund and still no refund. So four hour stay in hotel end with a 500 dollar cost. Run away from this site!
I was forced to book and pay in full a month prior to trip I arrived to La Quinta by Wyndam in Hazelwood MO sounds fancy, there were homeless drug dealers hanging around at 130am June 3rd the front desk person was wearing club attire look like Monique in movie Precious! Very unprofessional, there was coffee spilled in elevator, the room was trash spilled white lotion dried in carpet, dirty comforters, stains on sheets and towels they supplied weren't fit to dry my car very old cheesy used towels! I checked out as soon as my brother could come get me the Mgr promised to refund me but SUPER.COM big dummies made it a cat & mouse game...once I arrived back in L.A. I contacted super dud.com they continously gave me the run around I will be contacting their corporate do not use these LOSERS THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SVCE!
I made a mistake in booking a last-minute room at a Holiday Inn Express in Miramar, FL when it should have been Miramar, CA. I communicated with Ericka who told me that policy would not allow a correction from the Florida hotel to California. I also called the Florida Holiday Inn Express to advise them I would not be checking in since I was in California. Ms.Fatima kindly explained that because it was a 3rd party booking, only Super.com could change/cancel. I then contacted IHG to ask assistance & they texted that it was on Super.com. Finally, I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge.
I'm very pleased with how easy the process was when booking my room and it saved me money my transaction went through smoothly and fast there was no waiting for it to process it went thru immediately which I liked cause I didn't have time to wait it was a nice experience I will be using super again next time I'm booking a hotel thanks

I made a accidental reservation so I called super.con by phone right away 10 seconds later after waiting 4 hrs on hold yes 4 hrs I spoke to a lady about my issue she told me that I will get my refund and to not worry about it any more. A few days later I see that the transaction went from pending to now it being taken out my account. So I called bk and they tell me they have no notes of such incident and also no call log so I offered to send them the call log and how long on the phone I was with them they refused and said they would not refund me my money. BE CAREFULL OF THESE THEIFS AND SCAMMERS I WILL NO LONGER USS THIS POS SCAM COMPANY FOR ANYTHING AND HAVE ALREADY COMPLAINED TO THE BBB ABOUT THERE WRONGDOINGS AND LIES. Please don't use this company anymore they are scammers
Randomly googled hotels near Pittsburgh airport and super.com offered the best deal! So easy, I was sure there would be a glitch, but nothing but ease and professionalism and continuous communication!

On Saturday 10/7/23 I drove 5 hours to Las Vegas. Upon checking in at Arizona Charlies Boulder Hotel + Casino I was told by the front desk they had NO Reservation for me and they'd been sold out since Thursday! I immediately called Super. Com where I was apologized to but told they couldn't Refund $505 until everything was verified and my call was returned. 5 hours later I called back and got told my issue would be escalated and I will certainly get a call back. In the meantime all my money is tied up and a room somewhere else was tripled to $300 a night. I slept in the car after paying for a hotel! After 6 additional calls where they said they'd call me back and 3 days NO CALLS BACK! Now call 9 I'm told it won't get reviewed for 14 days and I may or may NOT get my $505 back and I would get a call in 14 Days! They STOLE $505 from me! No Customer service, No Hotel No Anything! SCAM, RIPOFF, BEWARE!

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on
Answer: They are a horrible company and with horrible customer service. They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
