My wife had always wanted to stay at the hotel in question and it was always too expensive. Then our wedding anniversary was coming up and then I looked everywhere trying to find the best deal and then finally I came across super.com and not only was the hotel available but they beat out all the other competitors by almost $80. My wife and I had the best time and she was soooo very happy that she got to finally stay at that particular hotel.

We booked a hotel for Chicago for a music show. We made sure to purchase the insurance in case something happened (we all learned to love insurance after covid). Well, we got news that our event was canceled and tried to fill out the application to get a refund. We didn't get any communication so we looked online and to our surprise it was DENIED! We tried calling and were on hold for over an hour and were still like 98 in line. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! I filed a dispute with my card to try and not be out the money since this company doesnt hold up their end of the bargain, even when you purchase the EXTRA INSURANCE!
I tried to reserve a room for October 12 while standing out in front of the hotel with the hotel desk clerk. Before finalizing my reservation, the hotel employee told me that two other people within last couple hours had reserved a room via Super.com app and the app changed their reservation to a date further out. He said I should doublecheck my date is correct so I did with him watching. It was not correct so I changed it to the 12th with him watching me do it and after hitting the button to close the deal, the confirmation arrived and the date has reverted back to the incorrect date and hotel suggested I contact customer service chat to have them edit it to correct date. I did and they refused to correct it, even after I informed them that I would be normally be willing to book an additional room tonight and keep the incorrect booking for next week but I would not be in town for that date and couldn't possibly stay at this hotel on the date THEY changed my booking back to. Despite having the hotel desk clerk as an eye witness to my correct booking info, they refused to do anything at all. I informed them that I would contact my bank and dispute the charge on the incorrect booking and never use Super.com ever again and their response was "ok thanks for reaching out to us. Hope we helped you resolve your issue." The hotel employee said I was victim number three of this bait and switch tactic. Good luck with using this site. For a couple dollars more I got the room from another booking site and next week an empty room with my name on it will go to waste unless my bank refuses to pay out on their trickery. Saving two extra dollars on the rate cost me $75 loss. Nothing you can do other than dispute it with your own bank I guess. Not sure why they call that chat department "customer service" because they provided zero service. Done.

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on
Answer: They are a horrible company and with horrible customer service. They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
Answer: It's a joke! They say they will connect you with a Specialist and then the same person emails you giving you the run around. They're still "investigating".
