My husband and I used this booking site twice. He was having surgery one day and needed to recover before our 7 hour drive home, so we stayed again. Our booking was honored with no questions and at nearly half the price! Amazing results using Super.com and would recommend to anyone traveling.
Do not use Super.com it's a scam booked through them and the hotel said they never received payment so we had to pay again. Today is Wednesday been calling since Sunday for a refund and they keep saying they're team is working on it I do not believe this at all Do not book with them THEY ARE SCAMMERS
All amenities closed, so wasted kids vacation without pool. No credit or refund for another hotel, even through their site. Was not informed of pool closure until arrived to check in. Non refundable means exactly that, even if multiple amenities advertised were not available. Watch out and call hotel before booking.

I booked a room through Super.com at Radisson Hotel Hauppauge-Long Island. Room I got was without a room phone and a refrigerator. I went down to the front desk, they gave me another room. This room has refrigerator but no phone. Walked back to the front desk, the agent said she cannot do anything maintenance guy left for the evening and she has nothing else to offer me. Came back to the room, turn heat on, went to bed. Heating unit just blew cold air all nite. While I was checking out in the morning few other guests were complaining the same issues. Super.com said they are not issues any credit, suggested me to deal with the hotel.
Super.com is here to take my money, not to protect my interest.

The site was very easy to use and the prices were great
I booked a hotel through this website for just one night but didn't even stay, and I have not received my payment back from neither the hotel nor Super. I got to the hotel and there was an hour and a half long wait, no AC, no running water, no locks on the doors, heroin addicts in the parking lot, condom wrappers all over the parking lot and around my rental, and it scared me so much that I instead drove over four hours in the middle of the night back home. I called Super before driving home and asked them to help me find a new hotel or a refund and they were extremely unhelpful and basically said it's not their problem. I would not recommend this site to anyone because of the lack of customer service and the fact that they even had this hotel featured on their site. As a young woman traveling by herself, I felt I was in extreme danger.

Book through this site, get to my hotel show them my reservation and was told that they didn't have anything on me from super.com. I try to calling, after about 6 hour, almost midnight all the rep could tell me was she apologize. I was homeless for about 9 hours 6 hours for home left with know where to stay.
I was looking for help booking a Hotel. I usually use another site, when I saw Super, I saw that using this site would save me a couple of dollars, so why not. The process was fast and easy. Since I have stayed at the hotel I booked, I knew what to expect there. Everything went smoothly. Check in was just as easy as the other site I've used. I will 100% use SUPER.COM Again soon!
If you want your money to be taken and not refunded because of an issue on their end then use SUPER!
Simply stated they give you a great price that beats all other sites including Priceline and Expedia. I got to the hotel told them my name and everything was set up exact as planned.

I booked a motel in Texarkana. They took my money. I went to the motel and they where closed for remodeling. They manager said that they keep sending people to the motel. They have told them that they are closed. He was very rude. Chat bot is a joke. I called customer service and talked to someone that I couldn't understand. There was a rooster crowing in the back ground. That made it difficult to understand the lady. She already talked with an accent. I'm waiting on a call back now. This site sucks! I have been working all day. I was looking forward to taking a hot shower and relaxing.
I got a really great hotel and paid way less than any other site. They had all my information at check in. It all was super smooth!
Was getting married the hotel I had booked gave my room away. Last minute went to super.com and they we're able to get me in a room immediately at a nice hotel, without a nice cost.

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on
Answer: They are a horrible company and with horrible customer service. They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
Answer: It's a joke! They say they will connect you with a Specialist and then the same person emails you giving you the run around. They're still "investigating".
