No problems with our visit.

Our checkin was smooth, our room was ready and we were able to be adjacent to our co-travellers with no problem. The breakfast was just as promised and empty dishes were soon filled. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Bad customer service

We booked a room in Sonesta Gwinnett Place Atlanta from oct 19 - oct 21 and we're more than disappointed with the stay in that hotel. We had no hot water in the evening nor in the morning. We tried to get it fixed with the hotel but they couldn't fix it because they were overbooked and a refund couldn't made cause we booked the room over the third company, and super.com has to make the refund running. We called super.com and they weren't willing to help us. I never had problems with other third parties like super.com before. I would not recommend to book a room over super.com, there are much better third booking companies with better customer service and problem solving.

I would NOT recommend this site for travel. As soon as something occurs, and it will, you are left without assistance. The hotel or room could be booked, or trashy and there's no refunding. THERES NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO HELP OR REFUND YOU. Even the bad Hotel tried to contact them for my refund by sending emails, but to no avail. Please Don't use SUPER.COM

I booked a hotel room at 7pm at the same hotel where we had our first room already. At 9pm when we wanted to rest and later go to bed, the reservation had not made its way to the hotel system from Super. I spent about 2 hours and a half on the phone with Super, back and forth, they weren't able to send reservation to the hotel on time. It was 11:20pm or so and they still hadn't done it. We ended up booking another room somewhere else. Súper shouldn't even offer same day reservations if they cannot deliver on time. Or at least offer to return the money I paid for the room that we never received.

Customer Service is bad

We booked the hotel in Staunton, VA. When went to checked in, the hotel could not provide a room due to parking space unavailability for my larger vehicle. The hotel said that they already refunded the hotel fair to my credit card, but super.com customer support is not refunding the money, also it took me about 2 hours continuous holding on the phone.
Their customer service personnel has no experience or understanding of what happened or what to do.I won't use them again.

I booked over 30 hours ago. The hotel still has not received my reservation. They immediately charged my credit card. Their c/s is a joke no one is resolving the issue and or returning my callsThis has gone on for over a day. I don't even believe they are legitimate.

I booked a hotel from SUper.com few days in advance and everything was doing good. This hotel was in Vermont and it was more than 300 miles from my home. I plan to reach around 7.30 pm on check-in day when i was told at 6.30 that my booking is cancelled. I had my whole family with me and they were very cold in the approach. They told me that they would refund the hotel money and nothing more can do. While i was traveling with my family and young child. I couldn't find any hotel and had to return back driving all night. Please be careful with this website. I ended up with a really bad day and would never recommend this fraud website.

Please be cautious when using this service I booked a hotel confirmation # was sent and everything looked normal when I arrived at the hotel they had no knowledge of my reservations and I was then told they had no availability I contacted the help center they asked for necessary documentation as proof which I provided through email was told I will be contacted in three days and refunded in 5-7 business days it's been 12 days and I get no response from anyone I've called the help line every day for the last 12 days and receive the same exact answer each time someone will contact me which has not happened this is a very unprofessional business I do not recommend this booking agency to anyone beware they are not helpful and will take your money and not respond when they make a mistake like booking you at a hotel that does not have availability I give them zero as a rating it's a scam if you ask me

They trick you into buying a "refundable upgrade" with which you could extend the deadline for free cancellation by a couple of days of a hotel room provided you can prove serious reasons for not being able to travel. However, when I cancelled the reservation before the deadline of the normal free cancellation they refused to refund the refundable upgrade, which I did not need based on the early cancellation. "Refundable upgrade" is indeed a term that super.com chose to fool the customers. To be reported to consumer associations!
