I found the hotel I was currently staying online and saved $35 per night using the Super site. I booked it online, and checking in was the same as when I booked directly with the hotel two days earlier.
I ended up extending my stay for two days and the hotel matched Super's rate, just so I wouldn't go back to Super for an extension. A savings of $350 over 10 days of my stay. I'd definitely recommend using Super.

Don't waste your time with this guys, they take your money and when you get to the hotel they tell you they don't know super and you lose your money, my reservation number was B_*******, and they just scam people dont use them
I booked a hotel, and when I check in, hotel told me there is no booking, this it a scam site, and I ask for refund, they never reply me, total pure *** and scam site. They did fake booking, and I can't check in, the serivce is not providing at all, it should be a refund, but they ignored my emails, $#*!ing scammer

First time using Super. They got me a good price for a nice hotel in NYC. Seamless at the hotel for check in too. Will use them again.
I read reviews on line and was quite skeptical, because the price was unbelievable. I booked and decided to call the hotel. I was greeted so highly, all the details were in instantly, followed up with warming and welcoming messages, reminding me with nice quotes about weather forecast. I went with my daughter, we had fabulous stay at the place I was dreaming of going for 20 years but couldn't afford before. It was amazing, foid, stay, check in. Everything what we paid for and instructions were accurate. I was very impressed with the company and the service. I will book only through them now all of my short breaks. Really would like to thank the company to have such beautiful breaks at affordable prices. My daughter will never forget an spa in an open air and beautiful hotel. Many thanks.
Everything excellent apart from we chose to pay for cancellation policy, which we normally don't, only to find it didn't cover covid …. Only random things like complications with pregnancy ( m 71), redundancy ( I'm retired) etc.etc.and only up to a few days before.
Fortunately we did not need to cancel so could have saved ourselves some money.
The breakfast was outstanding - everything you could possibly want and all fresh- thank you.

From booking to the four free fantastic breakfasts Super negotiated next we have the makes too much sense invoice where all charges are easily identified and only pertinent emails not a lot of marketing oh let's not forget the best price in lower Manhattan New York. I was surprised at the rate! It was much lower than other websites and I was skeptical but sure enough all was good. I booked and confirmed with the hotel.

I needed a reservation at a hotel, but didn't want to book the 2 night minimum required on the hotel's own website. I found the same hotel room for just 1 night for much less money on super.com. No issues at hotel check-in. Will use super.com again!

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on
Answer: They are a horrible company and with horrible customer service. They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
Answer: It's a joke! They say they will connect you with a Specialist and then the same person emails you giving you the run around. They're still "investigating".
