I used super.com to book a hotel. I had no issues with check in and everything was great.
Price were lower than others, and process was easy. It's best to reserve 3 days ahead of time. So it can process. I'm not so please with that. But, other than that, I'm please.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP...I arrived to the hotel and they informed me there was no vacancy. I asked Super.com for a refund. They said NO, unless I show a receipt of me getting another hotel or an email saying no vacancy from the first hotel. WHY CANT THEY CONTACT THE HOTEL! Customer service is in the Phillipines or India, you cannot understand them half the time. Alot of hang up calls. I'm calling my credit card company to reverse payment!

I went out on a whim and tried Super.com to save $30 fully expecting possible issues. Instead it went perfect. Hotel had all my info the next morning so I was even able to add a person to the reservation because he arrived sooner.

I made a reservation online using Super Travel and I purchased insurance in case there was an emergency. Then, I could not go because my back was killing the day before. I went to see my doctor's for treatment and I sent to them my doctor's note. They refused to refund my money even though I sent to them proof that I was in the doctor's office on the day that I suppose to travel.
I spent almost two hundred dollars on a hotel room for two nights, tried to get a refund because I selected the wrong dates. They would not refund my money! Don't use this service if you want to have your money stolen.

Never ever do business with these guys, they will lure you by showing discounts, but they are really horrible with worst customer support.
Booked a hotel in June 2023, paid them for a room with breakfast, hotel did not provide breakfast due to kitchen being closed, and it took me so much phone calls to get money back for breakfast. Out of which they charged me 40$ additional for breakfast while booking, but returned only $25 with answer, "this is the best we can".
Story does not ends here, after 2 months, same hotel charged me with price of room on my CC, since they never received moeny from this fraudster website (super.com), and its been 2 months constantly following up with their customer support, and all I hear, "urgent care team is working on your issue, keep patience". Dont even think, they understand "urgent" meaning. Still hoping they work on case sooner.

In my only experience with them, they are definitely a SCAM. Booked this morning, showed up at the hotel, and there was no registration of my booking. Spent 8 hours chasing them, they always took my calls and chats, promised to follow up, escalate and resolve, even told me they were bringing the "urgent care team", but the hotel never got the booking, and even them (Hilton Times Square in NY) said they always had the same issue with super.com. Next to me was another guy with the same problem, so definitily not a mistake, more like a modus operandi. SCAM ALERT for anyone thinking into purchasing / booking through them.

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on

They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
