Needed a room on short notice just for one night. Found Super.com and the rate was like $40 cheaper than direct with Hilton. Wonderful hotel in Pooler Georgia. Well I arrive at the hotel and ask me to pay for the room despite the fact that I had already paid Super.com. I was not in a huge hurry so I called super.com customer service and was told they would escalate the issue to the "Urgent Care Team" I asked when I might hear back from them, I mean the hotel lobby is nice but not trying to hang out there for hours. The agent told me they could not provide me an estimated time. So I say the heck with it I will just pay for the room again and hope that Super.com pays the hotel and some point and I can get a refund from the hotel. The young lady at the check in was amazing super helpful. So here I am 5 hours later, no call from the Urgent Care team, I am trying to chat with them and I have been waiting on an agent in the chat function for 20 mins at this point. Overall a HORRIBLE experience with these clowns. If you have last minute booking don't even think of using super.com. Seemed like a cool process and a way to save some money. Nope bad news. I read an article in Bloomberg that these clowns raised 85m in capital to grow super.com. I hope those investors have a better experience with this than its customers.
I had an electrical emergency at home and needed to stay at a local hotel overnight. I googled the hotel, and saw Super.com's price was $15 less than all the other sites AND the direct booking! Took 5 minutes to book and sign up for the super+ rewards. I have already mentioned it to several friends to use as well. Best google find EVER!
I booked the Pelican Grand using Super in April. I received confirmation and was happy with the proce and response. I actually called the hotel after booking and they confirmed the reservation. 2 days prior to arriving I decided to call the hotel to verify my reservation. At that time I was told that my reservation was canceled and they could not give me a reason. I contacted Super who attempted to resolve but they advised me my reservation was canceled. I told them you took my money so get me rebooked. About 45 minutes later they called and said they couldn't but they would offer me a refund. That is a joke. That is all? Wow. A refund for something that was clearly not booked correctly. My take is that they gave me a rate that the hotel would never accept. Be wary of this site!

The experience booking with super was phenomenal. Not only did I receive great rates but a wonderful stay. Being able to pay through PayPal elevated that experience even more.
Stayed at The Manhattan at Times Square. Pleasant greeting from the hotel desk clerk allowing us to check in early. Room was ok, with some minor blemishes. We mentioned the different problems with the front desk on our check out & we were credited a $40 refund. All in all we'd use this again for another trip in the future.

I ended up on their site because it was the best deal I could get on a hotel for a weekend getaway. It was only $30 less and it was the biggest mistake booking through them. I thought I was getting a room on the top floor based on the fact I picked the room that stated balcony. When I spoke with the hotel they said that I actually had a bottom floor room and needed to contact super to change the room. When I did they said I couldn't and needed to cancel my booking and re-book. So I tried that and had them reimburse me through their points so I could use the money right away to re-book instead of waiting 3-5 days for reimbursement. This is where things started getting bad. I was told I could only use that money on their App, after downloading the App it sends a code to your phone before you can sign in. The code never sent. I contacted support and they told me to keep trying and/or redownload the App. I did this about 20 times before I gave up. Then I reached out to get a refund in full. They told me it would be 3-5 days and not to worry. I waited a little over a week and still no refund. So I reached out again and they said sorry it didn't process and now it would be 2-3 days. After 5 days I still didn't see my refund. So I processed a claim with PayPal. Well PayPal has also been no help at all and will not push the claim in my favor without an email from them about the refund. I asked them for this email and was told they don't do things that way. Then I asked again about the refund. First I was told that they have to reach out to the hotel which could take a while, and now I have been told they can say nothing to me because I made a claim so my account was shut off. It has been 36 days and still no refund...

We booked a hotel for November 2nd and the confirmation came back as December 2nd. When we contacted them they told us "oh well" you can't change it or get a refund. They actually advised us to contest the charge…WTH that takes 30 days. So they can use my money for 30 days for free?

If the dates you selected are sold out, we let you know and show the next available dates, so you must double-check your booking details before you complete your reservation. It was my first time using Super.com to make a booking, I had made a mistake with my booking initially and I was able to call and speak to a customer service representative and get the booking cancelled straight away. I made the re-booking with the new options without any issues. Also, Super.com had the best price by at least £35+ compared to other providers, so I can't complain.
Worst site ever. They do not reimburse you if you need to cancelbecause of hotel policies. They don't care. They are not very good at customer service very ride and don't want to gear what you have to say i will never use them everrrrr.

Bad Bad experience in Argentina. Super travel have beautiful Pictures of The Hotel Cristoforo Colombo. When I got there late night We have no choice but to stayed. The hotel does not look like the pictures at all. It is literally a scam. They never refunded me any money. They only said I'm sorry but literally they are getting money out of you laying to the tourist. I only stayed there one night the first one. The next day I could not stay there. It looks like I was in a place after World War II Awful. Do yourself a favor and pay a bit more an go to s trusted site. You will have a peace of mind and don't give your money away. If I new the hotel will look like that I would never book it with them. Shame on them and yes I'm pissed because even thought I only stayed one night they pocket the other 3 night of my money. Totally unfair, they should closed this website they are scammers. RCV

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on

They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
