I have rented hotels through Super.com for the last year. Every time I use this service I have received the best price as well as hassel free check-ins at every location I have reserved a room. Without doubt, this is the best of the best.
We arrived at 10:30pm. The lobby was closed and had to check-in using the window. This at first made us wonder about safety. We got our room on the ground level, walked in and found the room to be very clean and comfortable. We never worried after settling in. In the morning we had a warm breakfast and morning beverages. Would stay again if traveling that way again. It is only 30 minutes from Columbus.
Great location and the employees were super nice. Beds were actually comfortable and breakfast was good. Would definitely stay again.
October 30th I reserved a room at Best Western it was supposed to be Best Western in Gaylord Minnesota they booked it for Gaylord Michigan I tried to get my money back they said no so I asked to talk to a manager at the manager text me back told me if I got a letter from the Best Western in Michigan that I can have my money back saying that I didn't keep my reservation so I called the hotel they said they never received the money because I canceled the reservation soon enough where it didn't go through so super.com kept my money lied to me about it and has no intentions of giving it back and that's $500 almost that they're keeping my money for nothing
Booked a room the night before and saved $50 from the next closest price. Check in went perfectly and my wife and I had a great night out on the town.
I reserved a motel room for one night and had to cancel due to the flare-up of my wife's pre-existing medical condition (post-radiation therapy, gastrointestinal episodes that flare up painfully at times). Beforehand, per their policy I had paid extra for the right to obtain a refund. The process for obtaining the refund was through a third party, Refundable.me. It was a complicated, demeaning process. We provided them with medical records to show her schedule of treatments, but they wanted very invasive details and information that went back years. We gave up when they requested a document from our physician that stated his "medical recommendations regarding attending this booking." In other words, did the doctor authorize our stay in a motel?! Don't expect a refund, even if you pay for the right to get one.
Buyer beware. This company will not book you the room that you paid for. When you realize they screwed up on your reservation, good luck getting a response from their customer service team to help you correct their mistake. We were put in a very bad situation on our family vacation. Do not book a hotel room from Super.com unless you want stress and frustration!

Reservación was made for Oct 28 though 29,2023, when we were ready to check to the hotel the reservation is not at the hotel recervacion system, the receptionist couldn't do anything they ask to call Super.com, I called super.com and the operator said they will call the hotel to resolve the situation, the didn't resolved anything, we ended up paying for the room ourselves, we will not recommend super.com ti anyone they will leave you stranded.

Booked a room for my wife and me for 4 nights in Mumbai. I am the primary guest on the reservation (since I booked it). Now, I am unable to reach on the 1st day and will join my wife the next day. Super.com wants to charge money to change the name of the primary guest (from me to my wife). This is the most ridiculous excuse for charging extra fees. I will not most likely book with them again.

I reserved a hotel with this "service". When I checked in they didn't have my name on record, despite being charged by Super.com. The hotel staff said this was becoming common. When I called super.com for support, they said the hotel I hadn't had a booking at needed to "submit a letter proving I didn't have a booking to their website". When I asked what kind of proof would show that I had no booking, they said "a letter". I asked where on the website to submit it and they said "on the website". I asked for emailed instructions and they said they "couldn't do this". They are relying on inconvenience to profit off a service they can't provide.

I was very disappointed with this booking website. I admit that in their terms and conditions it clearly states that there are no refunds or amendments, but I was already staying at the hotel and was just renewing my stay for another day through their website, and when I clicked on the wrong date and chose the same day, I booked two rooms on the same night, one of which I had already stayed in.
I was stranded at the airport because of an issue with my eight year old daughter's passport, so that cascaded down to the entire rest of the trip, and I clicked on the wrong date in my upset state, communicated for three hours, and it still turned out that I wasn't allowed to change the date. The hotel was willing to cooperate, I was willing to add money, super.com disagreed, what stopped you from giving me help? Another $250 after I couldn't board my flight and lost thousands of dollars. Why are you guys giving me a hard time? Isn't human service meant to handle this particular situation?
Why have human customer service when there is such a lack of empathy? Just live in the world of AI, oh no, probably AI is better than the human service they've trained.

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on

They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
