Super was easy, however hotel charged 52.25 at time of check in. So actually paid more in total. Unless hotel refunds that?
We received our hotel at 30% cheaper than any other booking site
This is our go to place when we stay in Grand Junction. Some of the things I like: you can do a late check in up to 4am, the room is clean and modern, the kitchenette has a bigger fridge with a real freezer, the parking is free, check out is easy, the water pressure is strong, and the tv is a good size.
I booked the Arlo Nomad in New york. My booked room was the SKY King room but the hotel has a booking for Essential King room. It is the cheaper room Categorie! I booked the Sky King room! Over 3 weeks super.com has no Solution for the problem!

Booking experience quick and simple. Price very competitive and proved to be excellent value. Free breakfast included and well cared for by hotel staff at the Holiday Inn Ipswich. Few small issues caused by residue from storm Ciaran which were out of hotels control. Well recommended

Was looking for a room in Vegas which happened to fall on a busy weekend. I started checking Trivago, Priceline, Kayak, hotel websites and then Super.com popped up. I never heard of the site so did my due diligence and found it was a legit site. When all other sites were charging clearly quadruple for the same room, Super.com came in at $62 for The Orleans in Vegas. I got reservation reminders and felt really good. Upon arriving at the hotel, we even got upgraded for no additional charge to a better room. I will DEFINITELY use Super.com in the future for all my bookings. Couldn't have been easier!

Wish I could give them zero stars, I was a loyal customer but never booking them again, I booked for a wrong date and then corrected it, they charged me for the wrong date even when the hotel people cancelled it immediately. And now they don't wanna refund me back. That's UNFAIR. They are CON ARTISTS!

Sometimes, the resolution can be swiftly achieved within minutes, but it might take a bit more time, as confirmation of approval for a refund must be confirmed by both the accommodation and the travel partner.
We are pleased to note that their approval was confirmed, and you were already refunded for the reservation you booked for the incorrect dates.
Please do not use this third party, save your time money and energy and just go straight through the hotel and or airline. I booked a room, arrived to check in where i was greeted to find out that super.com had overbooked and the hotel had cancelled my reservation. I had called the hotel earlier that day to confirm they received my reservation and everything was fine until i tried to check in. The hotel said super.com was supposed to call to inform me and try to put me in another hotel. This didnt happen, no call, text or email was received. The front desk tried calling for help and was hung up on several times, i was also hung up on several times when trying to call. To save anyone time here is the direct line to reach super.com one eight four four Four six one two five seven seven they make you jump through so many hoops just to get ahold of them and then have no answers for you. I had to submit an online ticket with proof of my purchase of another hotel that night to confirm i didnt use the original reservation. Weird that them cancelling wasnt enough proof. Needless to say its been a week and a half and i still have not received a refund! Learn from my mistake this service is garbage and should not be in business.

The price was set up nicely and was able to stay in a great hotel. I would recommend this service again.
We arrived early and our room was ready. No problems checking in or out. No extra costs except for damage deposit which was refunded. We were happy with our booking and our hotel.

This site is a scam they will steal your money and give you a fake booking that won't work when you go to the hotel

I tried all the sites I even tried booking direct as a priority club member and still did not get the Excellent price I got on super.com After taxes and other fees I paid the pre-tax rate the hotel quoted me after-tax with super.com.
I was emailed with all the information i needed.
I received a reminder message a day before with all the details.
