Complete scammers

Paid ahead for a reservation to discover super.com had canceled it upon arriving at hotel. Super.com took no responsibility and blamed hotel for overbooking. Hotel confirmed they had neither overbooked nor canceled my reservation. Stay far away from these scammers. Paying a little more using a different service will save you a lot of stress and discomfort later.

Paid for a hotel and never got one. This is basically robbery with no refund. Do not use this site to get any hotel because the hotel will not see your booking

I booked online with Super.com 4 days in advance. Got confirmation email right away. Booking online was quick and easy. $20 cheaper than any other site. Got an email the day before our stay saying everything was set. Our room was exactly what we booked with no fees or taxes added. What we paid online was the total cost. Would use Super.com again based on this experience

Scam!

Do NOT book a hotel through this company. They are scammers! They stole 466.97 from me. The booking was supposedly refundable. I cancelled and spoke to an agent who said refund would be back on card. Money didn't show and bank had no record of refund. I spoke to an agent more than 6 times and was repeatedly told my refund would be processed back to my credit card in 3-5 business days. When I called back AGAIN they said I'd booked another room and that's why I didn't get a refund. Problem is I did NOT and I tried explaining that. They told me I would have to provide a booking number for the "new" booking to see about cancelling and refund and when I said I didn't have one because I hadn't booked anything they told me they couldn't help me. I guess someone is going on a free vacation.

In cases where the booking doesn't go through, no charges are made, as this is rather an authorization hold or pre-authorization, and it shows in your bank as pending. This service is offered by your card provider whereby the provider puts a hold on the amount approved by the cardholder, reducing the balance of available funds until the merchant settles the transaction. Because your desired purchase was no longer available, SuperTravel has not charged you and so your card processor will release the hold placed.

The estimated time for this release varies if you used a debit or credit card, and depending on the issuing bank's policy.

Disapointed

I made 3 reservations for 3 days a piece through super.com, I thought the cheaper price was nice and it was a deal to book 3 days at a time so I booked it for the better deal, when we got to the hotel it was nice at first, due to the high demand of the area it was the only thing available I could find that was relatively less expensive. My husband was the one staying there, he noticed some chipring and there were crickets/bugs in my husband's hotel bathroom drain, due to his limited mobility he had a handicap accessible room. The hotel tried to move him but due to the unavailable of more handicap accessible rooms or first floor rooms he couldn't move up any flight of stairs. We told the hotel about this and they said they couldn't return our money because we booked through a 3rd party OTA(online travel agency) and to call them. I called them and they gave me the run around. Now I'm out almost $600.3 stays 1) 8/19-8/22 paid $184.96 2) 8/22-8/25 paid $ 184.95,3) 8/25-8/28 paid $195.93. When I contacted super.com through their chat app, they were very towards me, and told me I had to get my money back from the hotel, the hotel said they can't refund me because I didn't purchase through them, when I told super.com about it they brushed me off and told me that they can't refund me, I paid almost $600 for a hotel room that was disgusting and full of bugs. Not to mention the person whom helped me through chat was very rude and kayak should be ashamed of promoting them, been fighting for my money back for over a month. The hotel I booked through them was the only hotel available in the area so had no choice to use them.

Full of scammers

Best advice ever, do not book with them.!
You pay extra to be refundable but they will never ever refund you. They will ask you for proofs and you need to make app'ication that takes eternity, listen this is a scam unprofessional team. When you chat with an agent he responds every 20 minutes

I wanted to cancel my reservation. I contacted the hotel directly and asked them if they could cancel it for me. They said they would gladly do it but the agency whom I booked through has to do it since it was booked through them. I then contacted super.com customer service, who really sounded like she wanted to help me when i told her that the hotel will cancel my reservation if your company reaches out to them. Soon as I told her that she cut me off saying she can't help me anymore. First they lied about the cancelation being the hotels policy but when I told her that the hotel has no such policy and willing to cancel it through them. Seems she was not happy and wanted to end the chat right away. Never never again. I was really happy and was about to recommend friends and family and was going to use them for my other 3 vacations that are coming up really soon. Glad I found out before they could've done more damage to my family and friends. Pls stay away. Pay the extra 20 to $30 and do it with other wonderful and trustworthy company out there.

Smooth and Inexpensive

I waited until the day before to look for a motel near the State Fair. I found Super.com on Google Maps. The rate was great, even though we had 2 adults and 2 kids in one room. The process was smooth—took about 5 minutes to book—and when we arrived at the motel it was a very quick and easy checkin. The room was clean and comfortable, and the continental breakfast had many good choices.

Booked a hotel through them… guess what, hotel was fully booked and my reservation cancelled without any notice. Called the support and they told me that "urgent care" (not urgent at all) will call me within 15-20 minutes. Guess what, an 1.5 hours later and still no call so Im currently disputing this and will never use Super again. Kayak, take them off…

The reservation never appeared in the hotel, ther "urgen care" team sendo some email but never fix the thien, I had to pay srtaight to the hotel and im in process of complaining with the bank about the charge they made but they never paid the hotel...DONT USE IT
