I recently had a terrible experience booking with super.com. I had reserved a room at the Super 8 in Maine for September 25th-26th, but when I arrived, I was informed I had no reservation due to an error on super.com's end.
I immediately contacted their customer support, but they were wholly unhelpful. Despite the mistake clearly being on their end, they refused to refund my money or change the reservation dates, leaving me with nowhere to stay after a long 14 hour drive.
The customer service was abysmal. The super.com representatives did not apologize and made no effort to rectify their mistake. I was forced to pay for a new hotel room out of my own pocket, adding unnecessary stress and cost to my trip.
I will never book with super.com again after this experience. Their error left me stranded, and their terrible customer service refused to provide any refund or compensation for their mistake. I would caution all travelers to avoid using this company, as you could end up in the same situation I was with no reservation and no way to get your money back. For a site that claims to make travel easier, they made my hotel stay infinitely more difficult.

Two reservations to a local airport hotel: this month, upon arriving, we were told they had no reservation and research showed that a third party cancelled the reservation five days after we made and confirmed it with super.com; the reservation for the week after December: the same hotel says despite our confirmation, they have no record of a reservation.

Be warned, this company doesn't have customer service. They didn't pay the hotel they booked for me, even though I paid them with my credit card. They make you wait on hold for customer service for hours, no service at all. They send you to a non-english speaking person who can't understand english or actually help you. When you ask for a supervisor to assist you, they can't transfer you to supervisor- but supervisor is supposed to call back within three hours- its been 5 days and I am still waiting. They will take your money and then blow you off- these guys are crooks- DONT BOOK WITH THEM!

So easy to book and Super had the less expensive rates. I had no problems checking in. I would use them again.
I usually don't purchase a nonrefundable stay! But...the amazing deal with super I took a chance. Price fantastic, service great, they were able to secure us an upgrade plus early and late check in/out. Due to my schedule we weren't able to take advantage of either. I was a bit sketched about booking a hotel with a new site but the price was great consider how busy all the other places were in the area so I was willing to take that risk considering it was a last minute decision. The pictures looked great for the room and double beds and it almost seemed too good to be true. I walked into my hotel room and it was just as nice as the pictures, clean and quiet. Found nothing wrong with the room. SCORE! 10/10 Recommend.
Good and convenient website for booking hotels. The service was great as well.
I booked with them and showed up at the hotel and had to pay again due to no reservation. Talked to customer service and the said I would get a call back. When they called no one answered. Called back multiple times and never talked to someone now I'm out the money thay took that I could not afford. Would never book with them again.

They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
