We had vouchers for the hotel, but not available rooms for the period. We tried to book the hotel without vouchers. Price much to high. The Super.com price was 48% lower and we got the rooms we wantrd
I read the many nightmare stories. But also read the ones with good results. I decided to try it because it did save quite a bit. It was an airport area hotel and thought if something went wrong I'd bite the bullet and get a room on my own - I called 2 weeks before. And the hotel had reservation. On arrival day, no issues. Since I didn't have a problem, I can't say how trying to contact the OTA would have went. One thing I will say to watch for, the deal may look good but they do add fees that other OTAs don't. But my deal was much cheaper even w the fee added in. Just beware the total bill. You might not save as much as you think because if that. If that's the case, I'd maybe look elsewhere.

I tried to book a hotel for the next town and for the night, and that hotel was booked for that night, but the website automatically pushed the reservation to two days ahead, and allowed me to pay, and the payment is non refundable. I tried calling the hotel and they wouldn't change it, and there is no good number to talk to a real person at Super.com! This could be such a simple process, but if you make a mistake, you are screwed, and there's no one at this company that I could find to help. I don't recommend using this company. It's not helpful or user friendly.

The room was very clean and the rain shower head was amazing the bed was very comfortable. I slept good. The only thing is there is no mini fridge or microwave. I know they had a cafe but they should still offer that.
I booked a hotel stay through Super.com. It was a good price, but sadly it ended up not being worth it. The hotel room I stayed in had several problems so the hotel authorized a partial refund, however Super has refused to give me the refund the hotel authorized. I chatted with Super customer service representatives, called them, emailed them (and cc'ed the hotel) and submitted proof in the form of a hotel receipt, and still they have been unwilling to process my refund. I certainly will not be booking with them in the future and I urge you to look elsewhere to book your next hotel.

This company sucks. The people here are unprofessional and pretty much you'll never get your money back if you book with them. Please don't use this booking site it's a scam and unethical I can't believe this place is an actual business that anyone can pretty much steal peoples money like that. If you like throwing away your money by all means use this booking agent. Hope someone sees this before making this mistake

I stay 2 nights, I didn't get my deposit money back.
Hi I have autism and I booked a motel at 5577 Ellen Ave in niagra falls Ontario on soetember 15. I booked this motel and the hotel room smelled like mould like a lot. The floor was also wet and one of the lights did not work. I know that my wife has severe ashma so we needed to leave this motel after an hr. I am hoping that this motel and super.com or at least super.com can have some compassion towards an autistic person. I know that all I am seeking is a partial refund which I do not believe is too much ask. I know that this motel room was non refundable but because of my wife having ashma I would expect super.com or super 8 to give a partial refund at the very least.

Their website made a error & said that the room I was trying to book wasent available anymore, so I continued to find another one (same hotel) and booked that. Well they still charged my card for 2 rooms and after 10 hrs of them not reaching back out to me, I finally talked to multiple people and they refused to refund my money. After I FINALLY was able to talk to a supervisor (after 4 hours of waiting for the call back) they told me I had to reach out to the hotel & get names and confirmation that they can refund me the $83. When I attempted this, it is by law & policy that the third party has to call and speak to the hotel directly not through me or email. They refused to call & proceeded to get snippy towards me because I offered to 3 way the hotel so they can sort it out. They literally used EVERY excuse you imagine throughout this whole ordeal. They refused to connect me through to a supervisor stating that they have to put a ticket in & they will give me a call back "shortly".
I NEVER have issues with any third party & I definitely don't ever feel the need to yell at a rep that has no control over the situation BUT A I WILL NOT be disrespected, let alone over their own website error & refunding my money... That y'all STOLE. My lawyer will be in contact before the weekend. I dont care how much or how long it will take, you WILL be refunding me.

In cases where the booking doesn't go through, no charges are made, as this is rather an authorization hold or pre-authorization, and it shows in your bank as pending. This service is offered by your card provider whereby the provider puts a hold on the amount approved by the cardholder, reducing the balance of available funds until the merchant settles the transaction. In this case it was noticed that a reservation was actually booked and you were charged as it was not pre-authorization.
We are glad to inform you that a full refund was processed for one of the reservations and a refund confirmation email was sent out as well.

1st trip: My wife and I booked a flight from Orlando to Cancun Mexico with a hotel package in Puerto Morelos Mexico. Everything went as planned and we had a great dive trip.
2nd trip: My wife and I booked a hotel in Pompano Beach, FL for a mini lobster dive trip and again everything went as planned. All said, Super.com has worked great for us!
You would think that when exclusively booking five star hotels, and being a current customer that there would be some consideration, if something gets fouled up. You would be mistaken. Due to an error in a reservation, clearly evident to the hotel, who refunded the reservation immediately. Super.com kept the money, refusing to refund me the several hundred dollars in question including the refund from the hotel. Super.com delivers a 0-Star experience even at a 5-Star property. How embarrassing for their big investor Steph Curry to be associated with such jackasses.

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on
Answer: They are a horrible company and with horrible customer service. They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
