You better do some independent research before using the site. They booked me into a room and gave me a total in their confirmation email of about $90. When they went to pay at check-in, they informed me that there was a $42 "resort fee". Somewhere in the fine print of the confirmation email, they mentioned that things, such as room, service and resort fees might be added, but this is below the "total" line in the email, which included taxes, etc. If you conclude your booking, and it is nonrefundable, you're out of luck.
Under no circumstances will we ever use this company again. Completely disrespectful and incompetent.

UPDATE: RESPONSE TO THEIR "response". I never received a refund nor did their team try to accommodate for me. I had to call multiple times along with the manager at The Holiday inn, he had to call in multiple times as well. It was a complete hassle on both our parts especially horrible considering it was already one of my most difficult times in my life(dealing with medical issues at the time). I still stand by my original review and I have never went out of my way to provide a bad review for any company. Most companies will make exceptions in certain scenarios or try to work with the customer, it's not like I was trying to cancel my booking, I literally called ten minutes after trying to change my date because of a simple mistake.

I made a simple mistake on my dates when booking and noticed within TEN minutes. I called immediately to fix this and they refused to amend my mistake or give me a refund. I was out $150. Such a shame I've been off work for 6 month and my booking was for a medical emergency stay…
Even after explain my unique circumstances they still did not want to help.
Thank goodness the hotel went above and beyond helping to accommodate for me. This company is a such scam!

And I hit the check in day and the check out day. But once I paid
The date was changed to the next day, I called to try to have the days switched for the same establishment
But they had me calling back n fourth, long story short. The lady from customer service kept calling me
Asking me what I to do? I told her to fix it because it was on their end.
She had me jumping through hoops, then lied on the hotel staff, about they email being full
So she wouldn't have to reschedule the date or refund my money right away...I'm so pissed off, I was forced to sleep in my car...So trust me, don't $#*! with this site at all if you don't have extra money laying around because they truly don't give a $#*! about people being stranded...MIDDLE FINGERS UP

I am a pro at finding deals on hotels, and this is one of the few travel booking sites that truly finds you rates for cheaper than others. I've used it twice and both times if got me the room for about 10% less than the cheapest price I found on other sites.
My sister and I booked a last minute vacation and the hotel option was fantastic.
Super.com is the greatest it help me out with a last-minute reservation. Everything was booked so when I found the room put it in the information they sent to me, chose which package that was available and great for my needs It was great. No problems 1. Checked in 2. Showed my receipt 3. Signed In for my room just that easy my receipt online came from Super.com that day as well and I was very happy thank you Super.com, because without you, I would have missed a very very important date to me. ( My Nieces Wedding).
Hotel had no rooms available and they are unwilling to refund my money and I had to stay at another hotel that was twice as much

I booked a hotel and drove 4 hours. When I arrived they never heard of super.com and didn't have my reservation. I've now spent hours trying to get ahold of them for a refund no one ever answers the phone or chat! This is beyond frustrating that I our government just allows companies from France to scam us. The pictures they show is NOT LIKE THE ROOM. Went to the room no remote, smells, asked for more towels don't get it. I was scared staying there. Was charge more money for dogs don't get receipted for it. I was charged $120.00 for 2 dogs quiet and companion dogs. Telling us to clean up after the dogs but was 3 different wasn't cleaning up after these dogs. NO POOL SOON.It wasn't worth the money.The bathroom sink was cracked and blood was under the sink.My son and daughter-in-law left early. No papers for the tv and restaurants around there.Bed was very hard and enough pillows I would ever again go to this place.

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on

They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
