SCAMMERS FRAUDULENT

Super Travel once known as snap travel are scammers they take your money! Once you book with them and go check in, front desk can't find your booking. I called super travel to inform them the hotel can't find booking. Super travel states hotel was sold out and still took my money. Even though the hotel was NOT SOLD OUT, after the front desk manager at the hotel saying they where not fully booked and they had plenty of rooms available. Apparently SUPER TRAVEL IS A BIG SCAM AND WONT RETURN OR REFUND MY MONEY. ALL SUPER TRAVEL SAYS SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. HORRIBLE SERVICES HERE AND FRAUDULENT, I WILL REPORT THEM TO BBB AND OTHER ANGENTCIES. I WILL CONTACT MY BANK AS WELL TO GET MY MONEY BACK DUE TO THESE SCAMMERS!

Money Saver

I admit that I stumbled on the Super.com app accidentally one day when trying to get the best room for the most affordable cost. Ever since then I've gone directly to Super.com and continue to find my preferred hotel for a cheaper rate. Highly recommended!

Does not trust website

I made a reservation on Super.com, and neither I nor the hotel received a reservation number, I chatted online but there was only a bot, that nothing help. I called customer service and it took over 5 hours from list 68 to 12 and I'm still on hold!

Not flexible

My son was going to Basic Training for the military and we wanted to say good bye to him so we booked a hotel thru this site. Unfortunately we need to change days because there was a hurricane coming in and my son had to leave a day early. Even after I sent them proof they refused to help me. They wouldn't change my days or refund or give me a credit. If I could I would give them half star.

Poor customer service
October 15, 2023

I made a hotel reservation with super.com, and upon receiving the confirmation email I saw an error in the dates. I contacted them right away to correct the dates. I was told I could make a new reservation but they would not change the old one. They would cancel the old reservation, but they would NOT refund my money in that case. Remember, this was just a couple hours after making the original reservation!

I ended up having to do a chargeback from my credit card company. I won't use super.com again. Ever.

I booked on 9/15/23 over the phone. A few minutes later I see that they had charged me, but the amount was not the amount that I had been advised. They were now charging me over $80 more. I called the hotel directly to get an idea of the charge I should expect, and what they told me was around the same as to what I had agreed to with the person on the phone. So, I call them and tell them that there was an error and i had been charged and either needed the difference refunded or the reservation cancelled. They told me they could cancel the reservation, but NO REFUND. Excuse me?

On 5/12/23, I booked 2 nights (June 9-June 11,2023) hotel at Canopy By Hilton
Charlotte Southpark via Super Travel (booking B_*******) and prepaid the full amount
Of $406.92. My mother had a stroke on 6/7/23 and I traveled from NC to MD to be with
Her. On 6/8/23 I contacted Super Travel and requested to cancel and be refunded. On
6/8/23 I also called the hotel directly and explained my situation and requested a
Refund. The hotel was very accommodating and said I could absolutely cancel my
Reservation. They also told me that SuperTravel was difficult to work with and if they
Denied my request for a refund to tell them verbatim: "I understand your following your
Policy but may I please speak to your supervisor. Please send me an email notification
Confirming a full refund and any penalty will be waived. If they say hotel won't cancel

Email from SuperTravel: "Hi Jessica, I am Mari from SuperTravel. I am reaching out

Booked and paid through super.com app. Super never paid the hotel and did not inform me about it other than sending a voucher saying "paid in full". Wake up to the news that the hotel never received payment and was keeping my deposit as a result. Hours on the phone and chatting with mindless call center folks with no less that 6 different versions of what is going on. I'm more confused now than ever and nobody from super will reach out directly

Friendship trip

Efficient, informative and friendly!

My experience using Super.com was fantastic. We were able to quickly and easily book into our really lovely Geneva accommodation with a minimum of fuss. And before looking up the details on the way there, super.com had sent us all the info including what the weather was like and what would be good to pack! Very helpful and friendly service.

Hotel reservations
October 13, 2023

I made hotel reservations through super.com. And realized i choosing a double twin bed instead of regular double size queen bed. I want to make change regardless the price is the same. Call up customer services they told me to contact the hotel, call the hotel they don't deal with third party reservations.
So I can't not make any change or cancel. It not even 24hrs.
Don' t your time and money with Super.
