This hotel was under remodel when we got there. The Pool was closed and Construction everywhere. I didn't get the room I requested And still got charged for the bigger more expensive room. No one would help me they just bounced me around between operators. I was also told me the rooms I requested rates are the same when there was a $30 deference originally. Do not use this sight. The will rob you.

I am a professional who has a family function at the Waldorf in Orlando. I would rate a ZERO if I could.
Super.com if one of the Kayak related services where I initially found the "Deal". I have never used this company before. I had a "Confirmed" Booking with Super.com on August 17 for the end of September. The web site states that reservations should be in Hotel Booking within a few days to weeks. As of Today, September 13, the Hotel STILL has no record. I have called, e-mailed, and requested to speak with a Supervisor or Manager repeatedly. None is ever able to get on the phone, and I was told I would receive a call back within 24-48 hours. I HAVE RECEIVED NO CALL BACKS. I have also received e-mails back from different individuals stating "I am working to resolve your issue" with no further communication despite my responding repeatedly to these e-mails, there is just NOBODY there to resolve. Super.com web site actually says that sometimes the booking at the hotel is not available until day of check in...HUH? Are we that stupid we would wait on a reservation until check in only to find out it is a SCAM? I have called the hotel repeatedly and they informed me that this particular company, Super.com is known for booking without forwarding the reservation to the Hotel. Remember, If the rate is too good to be true, DONT BELIEVE IT. DONOT USE SUPER.COM. Needless to say, I cancelled the reservation while still refundable according to booking, but am still waiting for it to be credited to my credit card account.
I searched for a nice but reasonably priced hotel in Santa Fe (definitely a challenge this time of year). Check in and check out of my very nice accommodation was efficient and easy. I never heard of Super.com but I definitely will use them in the future!
Contracted Covid-19 6 days before checkin date. Called the Inn to cancel booking. On site counter service said they could not do it and I would need to go through online booking agent.
The attempt to do that was blocked by a must cancel date listed as 10 days before checkin date. It showed confirmed. No phone number located to request assistance but menus offered which at best led one in circles. I feel by design. But to be fair, a cancellation was successful when I requested it the day before the must cancel date shown and within minutes the funds were back in my PAYPAL account
But again no phone voice communications. $150 Lost in blocked cancellation. Sorry no visible proof of purchase via my visa card.

Our reservations come with different cancellation policies. Some you may be able to cancel with a longer refundable window while others need to be cancelled for a full refund before a stipulated date. All of this information is mentioned before you finalise your reservation. In this case we can see that the refundable window closed 8 days before check-in. Exceptions to this policy can only be made if the accommodation itself agrees to amend the reservation. If you have already communicated with the hotel and they directed you to us for further assistance, we can proceed with your request only after receiving written confirmation from the hotel specifying the changes to be made.

We were on the road traveling and needed a hotel for the night linked up to super.com through kayak. My hotel was ready for me on arrival no fuss no muss.
Stayed at this hotel a few times. We have a friend who lives in Thornton le Dale, so it's a convenient, and and lovely hotel to stay at.
It was so easy to book a hotel. The price for this hotel was the best. I will recommend this site to my friends.
We needed some blankets and they was there super fast super friendly. Nice room perfect if ya have a travel dog or pet. Really nice staff

I searched for the hotel I just stayed at using Expedia, Trivago, Kayak.com, and Hotels.com and Super had the room we got for less than all of those websites combined. The booking process was flawless and we were able to check in easily. I highly recommend Super.com both for its ease of use and for the fact that it offers cheaper prices than all of those websites.

Very easy to use and always the best price. I always use them.
Me and my partner had an amazing time in Manchester. Hotel was clean and tidy, staff were friendly. Great location, right near media city, you could walk to the main city centre which was about 40 mins, 6 mins in a taxi. Would definitely come and stay here again if we was to come back to Manchester!
FYI If you are coming by car, you have to pay £10 a day for parking at the hotel.
Great price compared to other sites and prompt service
Looked on Trivago, Booking.com, Priceline, Hotels.com, etc., but Super beat them all. The text updates were very helpful and my spouse appreciated the fact they included the local weather. I'll be using Super.com again.
I made a hotel reservation and paid thru super.com but the hotel never got it. No help from customer service.

I got the best deal while needing to find a decent hotel quickly. The Comfort Inn and Suites in Austin was so beautiful and I had the steal of a deal for only $92 a night. Would definitely recommend.

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on
Answer: They are a horrible company and with horrible customer service. They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
