Very clean and nice big room, there is microwave, ref, wifi, swimming pool and free breakfast in the morning. Definitely recommend to friends and family.

The room was good but having a sink inside the room was very uncomfortable.

I booked a Holiday inn in San Mateo on 06th of September 2023 for December 24th 2023 and also paid extra for the booking to be refundable. I asked for a refund on the very next day the 07th of September and they declined my request without an explanation. Calling the customer service does not help. Please use a reliable service like Expedia.
I'll use it again. Very good service. They're cheaper than the operators website

Hotel kicked us out of the Hotel because of no support from Super.com as they are using another party to fo the bookings on behalf of me. The refused refund and even to speak up.

Used super.com. Their credit services to pay the hotels you book at are horrible. Their virtual cards decline 100% of the time. You will be decline upon check in and sit and weight in 20 minute intervals by their customer service team. Super.com will ask you to rebook with them so you're paying double the fees then they will offer you a refund of your fees 48 hrs later. I would never use super.com to save a few bucks. Go with the trusted companies whom have a strong reputation.

This was my first booking with super.com I chose them because they were offering the best rate on the hotel I wanted, it was easy to book through the site and I was pleasantly surprised when I received a text reminder about my reservation including specific details about what to pack based on the weather while I'm there and mentions of local streets or landmarks in the area.
I had never heard of Super.Com but they were $40 cheaper than other discount sites and $70 cheaper than the hotel site. I had a lot of requirements that I put in the comments for hotel. When we checked in the room was set up for us. No issues. That's what I like after coming off tiring travel.
Everything was flawless and the offering was unmatched.
Found this website while searching for hotel in Dubai. Price compared and the cheapest thus far. Worth the value we pay and the suite in Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights is splendid! Very spacious clean and gives our family comfort throughout the stay. Thank you!
I've used them twice and both times it's worked well for me. I save on the rooms. Even if it's a little. Saving, it goes a long way. No funny business. I hope it can be this good to always I don't usually write reviews. Only when something is bad, but just wanted to do a positive one for a change. Thank you Super Save. Oh though I chose a cheaper option for the room with 2 beds,the hotel was nice enough to upgrade me to a king at no extra charge. It was nice and much appreciated
Super travel is a great application to use for booking a hotel to get you all the best discounts and all the best deals and they also let you redeem your cash back to use towards hotels they have a lot of perks and rewards and I think this is a great hotel looking app you should refer to your friends and family
Had a reservation at the last minute due to the wife being sick we cannot make it I called and tried to cancel to get a refund or a credit they would not help me I do not recommend or to use super.com they were very mean they didn't care

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on

They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
