I booked Luxe Sunset Hotel through Super.com. Rate was $414 for two nights when hotel and other sites offered $618 plus fees. Hotel was surprised to see the savings. Smooth transaction.
This company set a different date for my check in during the payment process. After I paid I realized it was a wrong date. I called them right away and they would not refund me. Total scam company.
This is the first time I am using Super. It is quick and it gives you the best deal! I will use Super next time for my next holidays!
I booked a hotel through super.com and had problems at the hotel which prompted me to shorten my stay. The fine print did state that my booking was non refundable, and un modifiable, but the hotel assured me that if I submitted written proof from them that they agreed to shorten my stay, that super would issue a refund for the unused days. When I contacted super, they said that they would issue a refund with proper documentation, and that I would have to pay a $30 processing fee. I agreed to the terms, provided all necessary documents but they still won't issue the refund. I tried chatting with their CS team but they could not/would not help me. DO NOT BOOK YOUR HOTEL THROUGH THEIR SITE! Use Priceline or one of the other travel companies. Super.com Is a joke!

If you have any issues with the booking they will just give you the run around. Not reliable and not worth giving your business. They tell you to call the hotel and the hotel says we are not in charge of this booking call Super.com. They reply with there is nothing we can do and then send an auto email that says the case is closed. They don't want to hear about it.

Super.com usually has the best price advertised on Google until you give them your phone # to send a verification text. After the price immediately changes and isn't competitive at all. The price didn't change because of dynamic pricing like they claim. I opened another browser right after and it has the first price listed on their site still until adding my number again. Just baiting with fake pricing.

I booked and paid for a room with 2 queen beds and the hotel said that their system showed 2 double beds and the hotel was completely booked to give me the bedroom I actually paid for. This website takes your money and books a lesser rate room. The hotel said that the website reserved and deleted bookings under my name 3 different times. Don't trust this website.

The hotel employees are friendly with smiley faces. It feels home. The room are clean, and the bathroom are clean.
The breakfast is quite good. There's plenty of spot for parking. Free tooth brush and toothpaste was a win with super good free wifi unlike any other hotel. Just amazing overall.
My family wanted to stay at our favorite get away but they have raised their prices dramatically. We almost weren't going to be able to stay at our favorite destination anymore, until I found super.com!

We contacted the hotel directly thinking we would get a better rate than that on thhe regular OTA's like BookingCom and Trivago and they quoted a more expensive rate and then we found it on Super.Com and it was over £100 less expensive! I was searching on google for a cheaper way to save on hotels as myself and my family were needing a place to stay while renovations were being done to the house we were moving into. Super.com came up on the search engine and I decided to use it. WOW! I am soooo happy I found super.com. I saved a lot of money each and every time I used it. After every booking I did I received coupon cash $$ to go towards my next booking which over the month of August was a lot. I am a bargain shopper so I check multiple sites and price each hotel on each site to see which is the cheapest. Each and every time it was always super.com that turned out to be the cheapest plus I could apply my coupon cash as well so then the price would drop even more. There are other things that super.com offers as well. If you decide to use them you will not be disappointed! I used them multiple times in August 2023 that I ended up saving hundreds of dollars and that is not even an exaggeration. Once again you will not be disappointed you have my word. On a whim, I used this site for a last min trip to Nashville, TN. It populated all the right types of hotels and the prices were so much more affordable through this site. The best part, was I decided to extend my stay because they offered me discounts for an extra night, couldn't pass up a good deal. I will be utilizing this app for my travel research and planning going forward. But, it is nice to know, I don't have to plan too far ahead to get a reasonable rate on a room!

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on
Answer: They are a horrible company and with horrible customer service. They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
