My experience with super.com was awesome to be honest. They had the hotel we wanted to stay at because they had a big indoor pool and my wife and I were married there almost 8 years ago to our stay. We couldn't believe the price cause they were like $20.00 cheeper than if we booked thru other sites. I was a bit upset to find out at check in about the $100.00 deposit that would take 3 to 7 days to drop off. This was not a super.com issue more of a Radisson issue. Saturday afternoon we got our daughter ready to go swimming, the whole reason we got the room in the first place just to find out from rude staff that nobody can swim because it's not safe. Then on Sunday afternoon when returning from lunch we seen people swimming. I asked the manager who was there and he said the pool is safe. I said that was pretty quick so in less than 12 hours it's now safe. I was not a happy dad. So as I stated, Super.com was awesome the Radisson staff and policy's suck.
I was a little hesitant at first to use a new site for booking my hotel. I am so glad I used Super.com. It was wonderful! They would text updates on my reservation. Made sure to let me know everything was all green lights for me checking in. I got to the hotel took me like 2 minutes and I was on my way to my room. Great service.
I booked a hotel with Super.com over Labor Day weekend. With a hurricane hitting Florida, my wife and I canceled our trip. All other hotels we booked that week canceled with no problems. For this hotel with Super.com, I used the link on my confirmation email to cancel within the allotted timeframe. There was not an option to cancel. I tried calling but was on hold for about an hour before giving up. I then spent hours of my Labor Day Weekend on hold with their "customer service" department, was disconnected multiple times (seemingly on purpose), and was finally told they need to check with their travel partners, which could take 30 days. When calling the hotel, they said they would cancel no problem, but because I booked with a third party (Super.com), they cannot do so and I must cancel through Super.com. So I know Super.com was not checking with any "travel partners." Instead, they were giving me the run around so they could just tell me canceling with a refund is not possible. Sure enough, a couple days later, they told me they could not issue a refund. This company shows absolutely no care for their customers. They way they treat their customers is downright disrespectful. I have never been treated by any company so poorly. Never ever book through super.com. I have learned my lesson the hard way and will be sure to never use their services ever again. Do not make the same mistake I did.

We booked a room@ days Inn sedgemoor room was a family room beds really comfy a great place to base yourself for that area sea history it's all within a short drive

They popped up as the cheapest for a hotel we were looking at. They charged my card twice and sent me an error message that says it's not available at that price. Customer service would not refund me and their email customer service closed the ticket without resolving anything.

I had an issue with the hotel verifying my reservation. When you call customer service, they intentionally keep you on hold at least an hour only to tell you a specialist will contact you shortly. They never returned my call.

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on
Answer: They are a horrible company and with horrible customer service. They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
Answer: It's a joke! They say they will connect you with a Specialist and then the same person emails you giving you the run around. They're still "investigating".
