Booked a hotel and never got a confirmation email. CC got charged immediately. Called hotel, they didn't have any record. When cancelled reservation since it didn't existed, they deducted $12. May be this is how they make money. Looks like a scam service.

I had previously booked a hotel 8 months ago. I had cancelled the hotel. Then today, 8 months later I get a txt telling me that I have a reservation at another hotel in Tokyo. Wth? So I tried to work with their "customer service." I was told that they won't do anything and to have a nice day. I then called the hotel. The hotel has not problem cancelling the booking but it needs to be done by the travel company with whom I booked. So I contacted them again and again I was told that they won't do anything and to have a nice day. This is total fraud and I will report it accordingly. Of course the complaint probably will go no where but be warned! Do not give this company any of your j formation. IT IS A SCAM!

I was charged twice for my room and the will not refund my money even though they were refunded by the hotel. I have called and called for over a month and they keep promising to resolve the problem but I still have not been refunded.

This company won't let you cancel your account unless you call but didn't answer the phone even after you wait in the queue for 45+minutes. You are then told "no agents are available and to call back later". They won't help you in chat either. They also won't let us delete your linked debit card in the app which is is CRAZY! So unless I can eventually talk to someone who works here they will continue to have access to my card and charge me every month until I can FORCE them to cancel my account! RUN AWAY from this company! I am on hold AGAIN trying to just cancel!

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on
Answer: They are a horrible company and with horrible customer service. They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.

Alongside the reference code B_xxxxxxx that you received when making the reservation, the hotel will be able to furnish you with their Hotel Confirmation Number (HCN) as the arrival date approaches.
We want to clarify that this situation arises from the fact that, as a third-party, we have limited control over the hotel's processes. Some properties are only able to view reservation details internally as the check-in date draws nearer, while others are capable of accessing this information as soon as the reservation is completed.
In this case it is noted that you went ahead and cancelled your reservation and a full refund was processed.
