I was very satisfied with my experience. Called and made reservation on Thursday night for the following Monday. No problem the reservation was sent to the hotel before my stay.
Horrible! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Due to the stress of not being able to find a hotel, a full 12 hour day of driving and two screaming kids in the backseat; I accidentally booked the wrong dates. After realizing the date we booked was for two weeks after the date we needed (how does that even happen ) and then being on hold FOREVER I was finally able to talk to customer service who was extremely rude and said there was no modifications. Apparently during the approval process before final purchase your given a notification saying no modifications or refunds for this purchase. I suggest searching with a gigantic magnifying glass to find this so called notification because I did not see it anywhere. Long story short we were out 200 bucks, customer service was $#*!. Just to note this was for a hotel in America and we live in Canada so no way were we able to even stay in the hotel for the dates we "accidentally" booked. I highly recommend staying far away from super.com unless you want to be spoken too rudely, taken advantage of and out money! RIP OFF SITE
Great hotel - and compared to other websites, got a great deal, with massive savings.
Easy check-in and check-out, everything completed in 2 minutes online, very smooth at the hotel. Opportunity to upgrade cheaply and massive savings if you fancied an extra night stay.
Would definitely use again and will recommend to others.

We reserved a room for a rather low price that was supposed to include city taxes. When we arrived at the hotel we were asked to pay the city tax which made the price not cgeap at all. Be ware.

The worst experience on a vacation I've had thus far reserving with these guys. I had 2 rooms reserved far in advance with super.com and reserving.com (with the purchased insurance mind you, both terrible agencies in refunding you your money). If you read the Diez Hotel website they claim both just a valid photo ID and easy cancellation if you run into any issues (see the screenshot for verification or the hotel's FAQs section).
Day 1 - We arrive at Medellin and it is raining. Immediately we try to check in to our already paid-for rooms with passport and/or government-issued IDs. However, the hotel denied our party the ability to check in because there is an "unwritten rule" that government IDs must be Colombian despite this not being a written policy anywhere nor a warning upon reservation. The hotel did not attempt to remediate the issue or be helpful whatsoever despite already being paid $800 for 2 rooms. Fortunately, other hotels nearby do not play these games and were more than welcoming to provide us rooms (tyvm Jo and Joe Hotel, they were half the price and super accommodating having no said policy to accept paying guests).
For the entirety of the vacation, I spent the week trying to get my $800 reimbursed by the hotel and reservation agencies because no service or rooms were provided. However, surprise surprise no one wants to return the money (even after purchasing the insurance with the reservation company!) and I am working ways to recoup my expenses having already paid half of that for 2 rooms with Jo and Joe Hotel, which again, were more than amazing and cheaper.
Stay away from Diez Hotel and this reservation company if you want to avoid a nightmare and not get robbed out of hundreds of dollars.

Got a great rate and the whole process was smooth.
I have a hotel room with the, Holiday Inn Express & Suites Largo-Clearwater, an IHG Hotel. Hurricane Idalia is expected to hit in the next couple days and Super will not release the room back to the hotel. The hotel says it is through Expedia so they can't release it to the general public. I even Expedia they do not seem to know this group at least agent I talked to. Don't book through Super - I have escalated within Super rx an email but no response.

My family stayed in Kingston Ontario this past weekend and the room were clean and comfy beds a small personal patio quiet go sound proofing, amazing continental breakfast and a pool the whole family can enjoy
Super was by far the best price I got on a last-minute hotel reservation. Check-in was super seamless and the hotel was excellent. I will definitely use and recommend Super again!
Hotel was perfect for Disneyland. Breakfast and courtesy bus was a bonus. In all good price although it didn't seem like we spent any time at the hotel. Staff were very nice and polite.
Having made a late booking was sceptical and worried that it would be ok, but turned out great, very good value good service and very efficient, have already recommended to friends and family
Paid for a room through them but when I got to the hotel I was not in their system having a reservation and they were all booked out and so when I went through customer to get a refund they said I needed tosend them an invoice from the hotel but of course I never got one cause I was never in their system but I sent a statement from my PayPal showing I did pay them for the room hoping that woukd be good enough but then I received an email saying my ticket had been resolved and closed but they never gave me answer or refunded me, basically just trying to get rid of me. I started a 2nd ticket with customer support and explained what just happened and this time wanted a written letter from the hotel which by this time it's the next day and whatever clerk was there late at night when I got there wouldn't be there and the hotel itself had no documentation I was even there since I was never in there system and plus to spend my while Dat traveling back to this hotel was just ridiculous and 9nce I explained this my ticket was again magically closed and resolved and they obviously have no intent on refunding me for their mistake or even telling me directly instead they send an email saying it's closed and resolved with no closure and your left wondering what the heck is happening. Ill never use them again and they still owe me my refund

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on

They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
