Super.com had the lowest price for me on a Hampton Inn, I worried it was a scam, but it definitely was not. I stayed for 3 nights, then for 2 mor nights using Super.com, the hotel wouldn't match. I was in Canton MI, and it was a great stay. Thank you.
Two nights in a row I booked two different hotel and they were both sold out. There was no urgency to revolve the error that they made. First mishap I waited until 3an for them to find a resolution and all they can come up with is. We'll issue you a refund which will tsar 3-5 business days instead of finding another hotel to place me.
Second hotel, upon arrival front desk informed me that hotel been sold out all day and they did contact then to let them know to reach out to me to find a different hotel but no one did. All you get is run around and actually terrible customer service, they don't take responsibility for there errors and just nonchalantly tell you we"ll contact you via email. When you're on site trying to check in.
Don't waste your time, it's a scam! Use other booking company who actually care about the quality of service they offer and the customers well being. If you have money to waste and want headaches then this is the place to come. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau, this is unacceptable.

Took me for over a £100. No booking when you arrive at the hotel. Paperwork they send after you book looks legitimate but it is all a scam. Travelled 100's miles to get to the hotel as well. Disgraceful.

I booked with super.com and canceled and received a letter saying that I will get my money back and they turned around and disputed that and it never gave my money back they told me within three to five business days they will give me my money and when I contacted my bank they disputed and said that they gave my money back which never happened so I would advise anyone to never ever use super.com cuz there's a scam the customer service is horrible. I contacted better Business bureau and I will try to sue for stress and damage

Chose my hotel, got a quote, found it satisfactory, paid, printed out the information, turned up and well easy………. Never booked my own accommodation before and it was so simple. Thanks
I had a hotel stay booked and when I got to the hotel I was informed that the hotel had bed bugs. The hotel was kind enough to issue a refund to me and write me a letter stating that the refund was issued and I sent that along to Super.com. They told me they would be able to give me a refund if I sent that information to them and I NEVER heard back from them. I tried to contact my bank and they got a hold of Super.com and the reps and supervisors all lied to my payment provider and said that they never received anything so I sent the documents again. When I called super.com the next day I was told my account was unviewable because I initiated the "chargeback process" and the "bank has my money." The bank told me that they are LYING and that the funds are still there as Super.com was arguing that they "provided their service." NEVER USE THEM. I have proof of everything and this was by far the worst experience of my life. No one cares there and even if "cancellation" isn't your fault and due to bed bugs or the hotel, they don't care.
I've used Super twice in different countries and it's always been smooth and at a competitive price.
I received excellent service from Super.com. Would recommend it to everyone!

Used Trivago to find best hotel deal. It led us to Super.com We are leary to use websites that we have not heard of & have to put your credit card # into. We got email confirmation within 1 min of booking. There were no issues at hotel. I would use this site in the future & recommend them

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on

They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
